I’ve been wearing my new Aura Ring for a few weeks now and I’m honestly blown away. The sleep tracking alone is worth it — the insights are detailed but easy to understand, and I’ve already made small changes that noticeably improved how I feel during the day. The readiness and stress tracking are surprisingly accurate, especially on high-pressure workdays. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and I forget I’m even wearing it. I bought this as a recommendation from a coworker and I love it!!! I found my size in-store. The app took me a couple of days to get used to but it's easy after. I love being able to keep track of my sleep and have been adjusting my routines to make it better based on the advice by Oura.

I’ve had the Oura Ring for about 2 months, and I love it! It’s a lightweight, comfortable wearable that provides impressive insights into sleep, recovery, and overall wellness—especially helpful if you’re a PCOS girly like me. The only downside is that if you lose it, there’s no ringer or tracking feature to help you find its exact location. But aside from that, I’m really happy with my Oura Ring and would definitely recommend it!

I’ve used many other wearable trackeds for years before finding this one. It’s minimal, stylish, fashionable, and tracks accuarately. I love the daily tracker about relaxed, engaged, and stress. Also, the resiliency tracker is great too.

The ring is a game changer. It even monitors when I had the flu. It gives good tips when logging food as well. It covers everything I would want to know about. The battery lasts at least a week and it only takes 1 hour to charge when it needs to be charged.

I waited a long time to buy a ring like this because I wasn't sure it would do what I needed to do. Once I got used to it it was great! Now I know how well I sleep, how many calories I'm burning, my heart rate at any given time, my oxygen saturation percentage. And most of the time I don't even know I'm wearing it.

I really like everything that it tracks. The only thing I don’t like is how bulky it is but other than that, I love it.

Purchased this for my wife. She has slim fingers so we made sure to size in store. I would recommend to size down. After 6 months the ring still looks good, no significant scratches or discoloration after consistent everyday wear. Battery life is great still and gets charged to 100% while getting ready for bed. The yearly subscription is worth it in my opinion because it gives you deeper insights to your biometrics and lets you use the ring to its full potential.

Love it so far, the data is great although the sizing is tough ! I have small fingers at the base compared to the knuckle. With the sizer a 6 seemed like it would be great but the actual is a little too loose to the point I’m nervous about it slipping off, especially now in winter but its comfortable to wear at night. The 5 sizer made me nervous wearing at night with it being a little too tight. Still thinking I’ll have to return and get the smaller size. The actual ring material is a bit slippier on your finger than the plastic sizer so that’s something to keep in mind. Even the Oura faq says it should come off with soap and water, like it should be that sung.

The rain is very reliable. The tracking system is very accurate for your vitals and your sleeps at night. And the quality of the material that is made it very resistant. It looks pretty good.

Love the ring. Great battery life. A little bulky but you get used to it. The sizing rings you have to buy to determine your size are a little bit smaller than the actual ring size. Size 8 in the sizers fit me better but when I bought the ring it would fall off my finger when I was wearing it so I had to size down.

Love the battery life and the tracking! Hate the ring is made of plastic! That is really a bummer! I would pay more for a metal ring even stainless steel, or real silver! Would have given this 2 star but I really love the tech!

I really love this ring! The 4th gen lasts about 5-6days battery wise, which is very long in my opinion ! It does scratch, but thats expected with any piece of jewelry!

The sales person was extremely helpful during the purchase decision, as is typical for Best Buy. I’m very happy with the ring, as it gives me a lot of data about sleep quality, and suggestions for improving. It seems to be quite accurate in determining sleep times as well. This was a good purchase.
