I bought this for my husband. He loves the Oura. He recently had an issue with it (Oura warranty was great to work with) and he was really concerned about not having it working properly for a few days.

Fits well, and holds a charge very well. Comfortable fit with accurate monitoring.

Love this ring. The only thing I dislike a little is the monthly fee that comes with it. Other than that, it is a great smart ring.

Love my Oura ring. Battery life is fantastic, and it charges quickly. I forget it’s even on my finger, it’s not bothersome like some other options for health tracking I have tried. The monthly fee is minimal and well worth it.

Oura Ring 4 is incredible. This is my third, I had a Gen 3 and then upgraded to a Gen 4 in Stealth…I’m so happy with the tools and tracking that I decided to get one in a brushed silver color. I’ve bought them for my entire family and all agree this is a winner.

I am very pleased with the Oura Ring and the insight to health and sleeping. The activity tracking is pretty accurate so long as you take the time to review the notifications and it's the best device I've found so far to track health without being annoying and being discrete. I wish you didn't have to pay for the subscription to the app, but after evaluating Oura app vs. some others, I determined it was worth the extra expense.

Health reporting is nice. Seems to do well with sleep tracking, but not very good at detecting daily exercise and activities. My biggest issue is the bulk, thickness, and somewhat sharp edges.I catch the band on things all day (pockets, mice, desktops, etc) and have a few times got it stuck in tight spots. Also, I have clanked my head a few times and rubbed my nose just to get a sharp edge to scratch my face. Anyway, cue device, but to clunky for my liking.

my dad got me this ring for christmas and i’m absolutely obsessed with it already, i love waking up and checking my sleep score and seeing what my stress levels were throughout the day

It was a gift for son in law. He loves it. Long battery life and he like the features especially monitoring sleep.

So far I like it a lot. I've had sleep issues and this has been very good at keeping a sleep record for me. Including heart monitoring. My pulse drops low when You sleep, but not too low thank God.

I currently own a Fitbit to monitor my sleep, but always felt it was uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. I also read that the Oura technology was superior for sleep and it is much more comfortable. I am glad I made this purchase and now have superior technology to monitor both sleep and excercise.

Genuinely love it! The insights on sleep and recovery are fantastic and one of the first things I look at each day.

I like to use my Apple Watch to tracking things like my heart rate, how I sleep and how miuch movement I am making. since I have had my ring, I dont use my watch as often. way more comfortable and the app tells me everything!

I’ve had the Oura Ring for about two weeks, and it has completely changed my routine. I really like it, and the battery has lasted about 8 days on a single charge. If you’re thinking about getting one, I definitely recommend it!

I got these for the whole family. Easier to wear to bed and monitor sleep patterns. A lot great and fun insight to your life. Counts steps, provides meditations suggestions, etc. Battery life is almost 2 weeks!

It’s been great! It gives lots of details on different things, like sleep, exercise, menstrual cycle. It’s mainly been helpful on my runs.

The information the Oura Ring 4 provides, particularly on my sleep habits is very interesting and useful! Also like the tracking of heart rate and O2sat readings.
