I have been very impressed with my Oura Ring. Remarkably accurate health and wellness data with a powerful battery life. Also, a very impressive charge time of typically less than 30 minutes.

So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.

The Oura Ring 4 works great. It makes it easier to track all activities including sleep. Since purchased I have been able to loose 10 pounds by increasing my movement and decreasing my intake. It lets you to record actives and Log meals.

Great health monitor if you don’t like wearing a watch our a band on your wrist this is a perfect solution

Perfect! :) I love my oura ring. Oura is very accurate and can detect all the changes that I also feel in my body, but did not know how to react to them before. I love the data that I get about my sleeping and overall readiness. I love how accurate it is to predict my periods, when I should take it more easy and when I can give it a go. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to take good care about their health.

This purchase replaced my original Oura ring. Love the more streamlined and low profile design.

My wife wanted one of these because she doesn't always remember to wear her smart watch. I was hesitant at first, but after getting it, I can say it does and tracks so much more then the watch does. From sleep patterns to heart rate, this was well worth it and she loves it. One thing to note is that it does have a yearly subscription for all the features so something to keep in mind before purchase.

Its durable and confort. It mantains me in fit and the best way to monitor my health.

This has been a lifechanger! I used to get up each morning thinking I'd had a "bad" night sleep. I am happily surprised each morning when I learn that I have great sleep! I also love the messages I get regarding activity and stress. Great reminders to slow down and breathe! I love the ring.

So far so good! Starts giving sleep metrix after first use but heart stats are collected after several days - am still contrasting between another body capture item I use but so far Oura appear a bit more detailed

Love the product Hteat choice to keep track of all trends

First I will say that this is a life monitor and not an athletic tracker. The sleep tracking is superb and the stress monitoring is insightful. That app is perhaps the most valuable part because all the data is useless if it’s not curated into a useful pleasant interface. I check it regulary throughout the day because I love all the insights. With that being said, the ring is useless for athletic tracking. It doesnt pick up my heart rate when I run or even recognize the activity. With the app not accounting for my heart rate while active I do not trust anythint it says about my heart. In other words, the ring works great when youre not moving around. I will note that I have tried 2 sizes now to ensure the issues were jot due to poor fit. So it still gets 4 stars and I still have a watch to track fitness activities.

It is good for tracking many items about your health. Love it!

!! BEWARE !! THE SIZER IN STORE FOR THIS PRODUCT RUNS 1 SIZE SMALLER THAN ACTUAL RINGS. I purchased size 10 after trying the sizers in store. Once I got home the product didn’t fit at all. I had to return and get one size larger. The product has about a three day battery life but charges very quickly. I often put it on the charger while I’m cooking dinner or take my evening shower. The durability I would say is OK. It has been about a month and there’s already surface scratches on the product which is a little disappointing. I would’ve expected a higher quality material to be more resistant to daily use. Overall, it’s one of the best on the market. The biggest downside was inaccurate sizers provided in store or their sizing kits that you can buy. It makes absolutely zero sense for a company to have this product at such a high price point, but then failed to provide accurate sizes

Track especially what I want for my health, comfortable

I have found the aura ring useful. It helps me recognize and validate how I feel, lol. It's been interesting watching the date and trends and understanding how my life choices affect my physical health. The fit has been a little challenging even though I went to the store and tried on the tester sizes first. I have large knuckles and thin fingers. I got my ring towards the end of summer and it fit rather snug at the time. Once the weather cooled off and possibly just changes in hormones, diet, and water retention, etc the ring became much looser and the heart rate wasn't being recorded consistently. I ordered some products online to help with the fit when it gets loose and that seems to be working pretty well. So, overall happy with the oura ring.
