    The Oura ring is a great product. It has a lot of features and is compatible with both iPhones and Android phones. The battery life is also really good.     I have now purchased two of these rings one for me and one for my friend because honestly, I really love this ring.I love everything about this. I love that it shows you all of your vitals nothing has been an accurate so far.     Love this ring, tracks sleep, workouts, walking, and even tells me when I am starting to get sick. Only removed one star because it scratches extremely easily when weight lifting and I recommend that they sell some type of guard for us active gym people lol
