    I was a bit sceptical at first but absolutely love the Oura Ring. I don't like wearing my apple watch around the clock but Oura ring is simple comfortable to wear. You must suscribe to the app but the daily insights are amazing when it comes to your health and daily activities. It is not just limited to working out but also sleep quality, stress, temperature, etc. Highly recommend.
