I can’t put into words how pleased I am with the Oura Ring 4, but I’ll give it a shot. The growth of fitness trackers has exploded and as the technology gets better, the accuracy and information gained will continue to improve. I’ve had GPS watches with heart rate monitors, but wanted something more discrete that could be worn every day without looking like I was off to compete in a triathlon. The Oura 4 ring monitors heart rate, activity, sleep quality, body temperature and oxygen levels. During setup, the app (which is beautifully designed) asks what area you want to improve and will base recommendations on that. I’ve found I need to be more engaged so it monitors how well I sleep, my daytime stress and offers ways to improve. Most of it is common sense, but being mindful and having the recommendations is very helpful. One concern I had was the durability of the finish. To put it to the test, on Day 1 I wore it to split wood - I wanted those calories burned to count! I was shocked that there wasn’t a scratch. I opened the app to sync my activities and it detected the activity was yard work. I’m not sure how, but that’s impressive. I’ve worn it to the gym to lift and still not a mark. In general, I don’t sleep well. With the stress of life I spend at least an hour awake in the middle of the night. Oura detects how long it takes me to sleep as well as gauges when I was awake. It also looks for variations in heart rate and oxygen levels throughout the night. If I had a particular rough night it will offer suggestions the next morning how to make it better. The battery lasts a few days with the oxygen monitoring enabled. I’m sure with it disabled battery life improves, but with how quickly it recharges it’s not a concern. Having all of this in a ring is simply amazing.

The coated gold color is more on the orange side then a fine jewelry yellow gold. It is a little too big and bulky. Def not a fashion piece. The con is def the subscription fee.

To wide for my short fingers. It hurt when I bent my hand around things. Didn’t count steps or exercise while snowblowing! I returned it since it just wasn’t working for me.

Love it but lately need to recharge several times in a day. Battery doesn’t last as long as it is advertised. W

Found that the subscription needed to operate wasn't to my expectations. Also not comfortable to wear.

Size up, I had to go to the emergency room to get it removed.. my finger was purple.. not my favorite or most accurate

Purchased it for a cheaper couple days ago but bought the wrong size and came to exchange but charged me extra $150 due to not being the exact same size.

I like what the oura ring does, the information it provides. But the rose gold color faded very quick and it was the most expensive choice.

I was very skeptical about all of the smart rings on the market, but I have fallen in love with my Oura Ring 4. It has really changed how I look at my daily health, how easy it is to do that, and then how easy it is to communicate it to my doctor. It takes about 2 weeks for your Oura Ring 4 to fully adapt and learn. What is your normal rhythm so it can start to identify anomalies, but this is one of the greatest elements of these rings., their ability to help. Identify health anomalies that should be reported to your health professionals. It has also helped me work on my sleep. I did not realize how poor my sleep has been, and so as a result of the Oura Ring 4, I have been making some necessary changes and I'm already seeing much better sleep. Each charge lasts about 8 days, and if you struggle taking these off, just use soap and water. That was my one concern with these rings, since they are rigid. I had been using a silicone ring for years, as I have very large knuckles compared to the circumference of the other areas on my fingers. This is very comfortable to wear, it's not too thick, and it's easy to take off with soap. The benefit of using soap to take it off is that you are supposed to clean it with soap periodically anyway, so this this makes that just happen naturally As a middle-aged person, I can't recommend this ring enough, and I can't recommend starting to take control of your health enough. After a promised birthday delivery date that you failed to complete, notice that a piece was in Stafford with Fedex to be delivered the next day that apparently disappeared, two more fruitless visits to the store and a "manager" who informed me bluntly that he could not issue a refund, we returned to the office only to spend another wasted hour on the phone with your service person. It was a horrible experience, It will take me some time to return to Best Buy for anything, Live up to your name or change it.

Not working. Won’t charge or connect to iphone. Can not get to Oura support. Just an AI bot

I have COPD and I bought the ring for SpO2 readings. It turns out you only get one value daily. It is an average for when you are sleeping. This is now providing SpO2 at all. I have the Apple Watch 9 with SpO2. It is no longer available from Apple in the US due to a patent dispute. I was looking for a backup. Spent a lot of time with their tech support with no positive result. This may be good for others but it does not do me any goo. Additionally, the set counts are erratic. I compared to my Apple Watch and a pedometer. Not sure that is meaningful. Step counts are all over the low with different devices anyway. So this rating is just about SpO2.

The ring sizer does not match the ring. To snug. !

Love the ring, but the battery life is much shorter than advertised.

Didn't like how wide it is and didn't seem worth the money. I ended up returning it.

Poor service. I bought Oura ring in October 11,2025 they do not price match! This is my second Oura ring and I buy a lot of items from Best Buy but they do not care for good customers! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I like the information collected but wish the Oxygen level could be checked more offen throughout the day.

Ring did not work right out of the box. Got in touch with Oura and they e mailed me saying they would get back to me in a couple of days. Too much money to not work properly! Immediately returned back to Best Buy!

giant piece of annoying crap that charges you monthly!!! Very inaccurate. Too big to wear to the gym, amd yet it supposed to keep track of your health. Makes no sense. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANY REASON!!
