Oura ring is a very good health monitoring device. It has helped monitor my sleep and activities.

Good sleep analyzer, not as reliable for step count.

I tried the Oura ring out for about a week. Previously I had worn a Whoop for a year and thought I would give the ring a try. As far as comfort it was fine, I was worried about scratching it while going through my day though. What I was disappointed in was the data. It didn’t really share anything I could tell you from being tuned in to my body. I didn’t really feel like it was worth the price tag for me. While it’s neat to see the numbers related to sleep, I know I had a bad night sleep when I wake up feeling tired.

It only lasted 16 months. Wish I had seen user issues before buying. There is only a one year warranty. Lousy warranty for such an expensive item. I guess if you get one that lasts you’re good. I did like the data it gave. Just won’t gamble another $400.

Loved it but lost it cause I took it off in my house and there's no way to call it like a phone. Very sad about that but loved it.

Purchased the Oura Ring for our daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loves it, great data and easy to use. It’s worth it to purchase the latest version, 100%. Best Buy was great to work with.

I got the oura ring so I could track my cycle since hormones were causing irregular periods. I am happy with knowing what’s going on with my body and to have something so small make a big impact on me!

Ring sizing needs to take into consideration your knuckle size. The monthly/annual fee. Do you research and make sure you know all the pros and cons for you.

I am reviewing this item because I have insomnia and I use another wearable to track my sleep and I tried this for two weeks and it did record Sleep better than my other device. However, that’s it’s not worth the $350 price tag and a monthly fee. I don’t believe it’s too much useful other than for sleep in my own opinion.

I was super excited to receive the Oura ring because I didn’t feel like wearing my Apple Watch anymore but unfortunately this ring is only good for sleep tracking. The heart rate monitor is not accurate at all (I work for a hospital) I have been hooked up to an actual monitor and compared that with my Apple Watch and the Oura ring. Unfortunately the Oura ring was WAY off track. BUT if you’re looking for a sleep tracker this is the BEST for monitoring your sleep!! But if you want it to have an accurate reading on your steps and heart rate I don’t recommend it. Hope this review helps someone !

My husband loves his Oura ring. It has been reassuring to him to know his vitals, his reports were actually better than he thought they would be. He is so encouraged having on the spot information.

Love this ring! So much less cumbersome than a watch and waterproof! Keeps track of my oxygen level at night, very important.
