    I love my Oura ring. The first one stopped working after about 9 months, but their warranty and customer service were AMAZING. They sent me a replacement, no problem.

    I bought this for my wife and she was over the moon! Gentlemen and ladies, if you’re looking for a gift for your significant other, they will love this. Unfortunately, I have giant hands and they don’t make one my size otherwise I would have bought two.

    I have sleep apnea and asthma. The Oura ring helps me keep tabs on my breathing and heart rate when I sleep. I don't like the watch style trackers, as I don't wear watches.

    In May I purchased the Oura ring3. I was a healthy 50yr old woman with no health issues. The app kept telling me I had no resting heart rate and was in tachycardia from day 1 so I thought it didn't work and returned it. The following week ended up in the ER with a heart attack. My blood pressure was 233/110 and my heart rate was 107. The data this ring was providing me could have saved me a lot of pain if only I chose to believe and act on it. I repurchased the Oura Ring4 and trust it completely for the accurate health saving data it provides. I highly recommend it!
