since I started using the Oura Ring, the fitness-tracking wearable has served me several ways in my day-to-day life. But one thing has remained the same — more than anything else, it’s a conversation starter.

Really enjoy the feed back it gives about sleep. I like this a lot more than the Apple Watch to track calories burned. Only thing I’m not thrilled about is that the battery does not last a full 8 days.

Love my new Oura ring. Especially like how it tracks my sleeping patterns and let's me know when my body needs more rest or if I'm getting run down or my stress levels are increased. Even let's me know when my temperature is above average.

Oddly enough the only *negative* I can say about this is to make sure you get the sizing kit and take time doing that properly so you get the right size the first time. As for the device and service, the insights it has provided into my sleep patterns, stress levels, and health have been eye opening. I have been able to correlate things I do throughout the day to how I sleep, feel, etc and subsequently made adjustments to my life and it has me feeling better than ever. I do wish it didnt have a subscription but that is the world we live in now. Luckily it isnt expensive in the grand scheme. I highly recommend.

The Oura ring is a fascinating device and the insights it provides into your health and well-being are very interesting and seem to be very accurate. The ring and application work very well and it is comfortable to wear. I’m glad that I picked one up.

I absolutely love this ring, the battery so far has been amazing. I just wish it was thinner. The app is great but you do have to pay for the membership which I didn’t realize until after I bought it. Otherwise it’s great

Very helpful and easy to track. Sizing was a little confusing but it is better to go with a little more room instead of a perfect fit as the fingers can swell over night and the ring constructs you.

The ring works great, I wish the battery life was better. I compared the data to the two different smart watches I use and data is pretty similar. I dislike the fact that they charge you a monthly fee to view your data.

It’s is so light and it’s accurate , my first night it track my sleep and told me how much sleep I really got this ring is the best thing I got for Christmas

I am not a watch person so this is perfect. It matches my wedding ring and is simple.

I’ve been using my Oura Ring for about three months. Overall, I really like the design and how comfortable it is — sometimes I even forget I’m wearing it. The sleep tracking and readiness insights are helpful, and the app is easy to understand. However, the one big downside for me has been the battery. When I first got the ring, the charge would last several days. Now, barely three months later, the battery only lasts about a day before I need to recharge it. For something that’s supposed to be worn continuously, that’s disappointing and a bit inconvenient. The ring itself works well, but the battery performance hasn’t lived up to my expectations. If the battery lasted like it did at the beginning, this would easily be a five-star product. As it stands, it’s just “okay.”
