App is difficult to understand but ring is nice. Will have to see in time.

I love the product and had a wonderful experience in store. I would highly recommend this device because it provides quite a bit of helpful data right to my phone.

I had Gen 3 for a year and upgraded. My biggest dissatisfaction is how you have to constantly adjust the positioning to align the sensors. Rings rotate throughout the day, leaving the sensors misaligned and not providing accurate readings. After every hand wash and throughout the day I have to adjust it. They should add the sensors throughout the ring. Oura needs to stop trying to be an activity tracker and add the sleep sensors throughout the inside of the ring so we can just wear it and never think about it. All the professional reviewers agree this is an excellent sleep tracker, but nowhere near a good activity tracker. Once Oura focuses on just tracking sleep, I think the ring and features will be better. I am also worried about the gaskets falling apart like it has been happening to many customers.

It is very helpful. For me is very important to control my husband's health.

I had the Gen 3 but decided to upgrade to the Gen 4 for the recessed sensors. I also changed from silver to stealth. Overall a good decision to change.

Solid construction great info, but 5.99/month subscription is a bit pricy for value received. Will drop subscription to see how valuable it is without subscription. The price of an Apple Watch but added “gift” of paying more to get the full value of the product. Think it through before buying!

Really helped me improve my sleep and my over all health

Made my ring finger swollen at night which is my problem. Returned but did like it just couldn’t use it

Wonderful for tracking sleep metrics. Not as good for exercise tracking. Overall comfortable but takes time to get used to the thickness. Glad I made the purchase.

The product is good but the store only has limited amounts I needed a size 12 or 13. They only had size 11. I purchased it and have regretted it ever since. Also note there is a year or monthly fee. Yearly $69.00 which was not really realized at time of purchase. I have since cancelled this service. Use it as a pinky ring!

Ring is the best purchase ever. The app is easy to use and it’s very accurate. Definitely makes you change your habits to get effective sleep and to lower stress.

Loving the data that I am getting from my Oura Ring. I am actively working on improving my sleep and the ring is holding me accountable.

It’s just “okay”. I don’t see the value in having it, especially if you have an Apple Watch. Also, the ring scratches very easily … the paint comes off easily.

Cool idea, but it is clunky and nit very flattering. Beyond that the unit gave me headaches in the night (never had them prior to wearing this ring) Also, the membership isn't really much more sophisticated than other options on the market
