I love my ordering I love all the data that I can get and how it’s small and comfortable unlike the Apple Watch watches. It lets me know when I’m getting sick. Tells me how well I slept. Give me options to adjust and get better sleep I really am happy with this purchase and recommended it to everyone. They even have skins for them on Amazon if you’re worried about them getting scratched.

The ring is extremely comfortable — after a few hours you almost forget you’re wearing it. It’s lightweight and doesn’t get in the way during daily activities or sleep. Battery life has also been excellent. I only need to charge it every few days, which makes it very convenient compared to other wearable devices. What I like the most are the insights from the app. The sleep and recovery data are presented in a very clear way, and it’s helping me understand how my habits affect my sleep quality, stress, and overall performance. I’m starting to see patterns that help me make better decisions around rest, activity, and daily routines. If you’re interested in improving sleep, recovery, and general health awareness, this ring provides very useful feedback. So far, I’m very happy with it.

I bought this to help track my sleeping becaaue wearing a watch to bed wasnt comfortable. Inlove it. I never even notice it. I charge it once a week. Does more than sleep tracking. So far it has been a great investment to help keep up with my health.

I would highly recommend this product. I love how it tracks your sleep, stress levels, heart rate, and menstrual cycle. Only thing I don’t like is the bulkiness of the ring but I know they are coming out with a new version that is slimmer. This one also is prone to scratches. I have petite hands and purchased a size 6. Always make sure to purchase the sizing kit before you buy.

I bought the Oura Ring as a gift for my wife, and overall, it’s been a huge hit. She wanted a way to track her sleep and recovery without wearing a bulky smartwatch to bed, and this looks just like a piece of high-end jewelry. The health data is incredibly accurate—especially the sleep staging and readiness scores. She’s found the cycle tracking features to be really helpful and more detailed than other apps she’s used. It’s also very durable; she wears it at the gym and taking showers with no issues. The only reason for 4 stars is the sizing process. It’s a bit of a hassle because you really must get the sizing kit first; your normal ring size won't be the same. Also, keep in mind there is a monthly subscription fee to see all your data, which is a bit annoying after paying so much for the ring. Still, it’s a beautiful device and she’s very happy with it!

If your priorities are sleep tracking oura is for you. I enjoy it and wear it with my Apple Watch for more accuracy in my fitness. It’s alright and has a sleek design but the subscription is obnoxious when I already spent so much for the ring itself. The app is easy to navigate and if you don’t mind paying the subscription fee this is for you.

I love this ring. I wear it almost continuously other than brief periods for charging. It provides insight into my health, and daily activities in a way that my apple watch did not. It does a great job at explaining the significance of the numbers it provides, as well as the things that affect the number. I love having a readiness score at the start of the day that gives me insight into my overall preparedness for my day. My biggest concer is the longevity of the finish. I have the rose gold, which was one of the highest priced finishes, amd expensive. It was beautiful when I first bought it, although really not strikingly rose gold, and difficult to tell from my gold wedding band without close inspection. (See pics). Now, the finish has taken on a black/gray cast near the edges, as if the color is already wearing off, and the ring is only a little over two months old. I would have expected a $500 ring to hold up better than this. (Although I work in healthcare, my job is mainly behind a desk and on the phone, No chemicals or excessive hand washing). I still love my ring, I get lots of attention from others with questions about it. However, mext time, I may consider stiming eith the black or lower priced options so I am not so disappointed of the finish discolors.

I love my oura ring. It’s just the right amount of tracking and health/ fitness insight without the constant pinging unlike my Apple Watch. It’s stylish, durable and lasts for days so that’s extra points for me. They also sell protective covers to make the finish last longer and protect it from damages. So far oura’s customer service and after care warranty is great. They are helpful and did provide a replacement when the battery became faulty. The only downside is I can’t wear it when I’m working out and it needs some upgrades on its activity and workout tracker.

I love my ring! I originally had it sized for my pointer finger, thankfully my thumb is the same size because that is the finger that I wear it on now. I have an Apple Watch and the ring syncs to both the watch and my phone. I actually feel as though the ring is more accurate than my watch. You will not regret this purchase! If you’ve been questioning whether to buy it, just do it. You will love it! Oh and the best part is the charge on it is amazing and it charges quickly. I can wear it several days before charging. I typically take it off to charge before showering in the morning and by the time I’m done getting ready it’s fully charged again.
