I’ve been using the Oura Ring Gen 4 for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. The ring is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable to wear 24/7. It feels like an elegant piece of jewelry, but with the power of a high-tech health tracker built right into it.

I had to return the first ring that I purchased. It would not sync with my iPhone and or charge. The replacement ring has worked good so far I have had it less than 30 days. What I like most is the nighttime sleep function that will record your sleep patterns from restful rim sleep, and deep sleep as well as oxygen saturation.

Friend after friend suggested an Oura ring, so I finally got one. It charges fast and lasts a very long time. I love the brushed silver but it does scratch. I wear covers on it while working out but still from ever day wear it has scratches. But the tech is great. I really would like a gold one with the brushed finish but they do not offer it. Sizing-wise I went one full size up from my normal size and it fits perfectly.

I have owned many wrist models previously and I can not praise this ring more! It blends in with all my jewelry and looks flawless. I thought it would be difficult to transition into the Oura but it wasn't. I don't normally wear an index ring but it is very comfortable and I am able to switch fingers if my finger swells. The app is simple to navigate, just make sure to read the information tabs and it will explain everything. I like the incorporated AI. It makes it easy to understand and analyze measurements, and it will even help you create a game plan based on your metrics. It has been the most accurate so far that I have found, based on my experience. The best thing no screen and my day is it's not interrupted by non-sense notifications. No matter what my settings, those pesky wrist bands and their apps found a way to disrupt. Not with Oura! The Oura battery life is phenomenal. I like the fact that it likes you to take it off and give it a quick boost, and that you don't have to wait till the battery is fully drained for best results. Plus it was an easy integration with Google Health. I also have a metal sensitivity. I normally have to be particularly careful with metals on my hands but I bought the silver and have not had any issues with this ring. I take it on and off with no problems, wash my hands, and have taken a shower with it on and no issues. It is rated for swimming and active wear which is a plus for me. I am rough with my hands and I haven't had any issues yet. The Oura is really like a piece of your trusted everyday jewelry. I highly recommend it.

The only downside is that it tends to drain my phone battery faster, especially when I keep all the features connected for real-time tracking. That’s the main reason I didn’t give it five stars. Other than that, I’m really happy with the ring and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and reliable health tracker.

I really enjoy my oura ring! It helps me track my sleep and activities throughout the day. The biggest thing to me though is tracking my sleep. It lets my know if I get enough sleep at night or if I need to go to bed earlier the night before. For me I had to get the biggest size and prayed it fit. If they had a bigger size then the 15 would be great for people with big hands, but I took a gamble and prayed it fit and luckily it fit perfectly! I would recommend this product to anyone.

i love it! it does exactly what i need it to for tracking purposes. it has been surprisingly spot on accurate so far. i do however, wish it was a little slimmer and didn’t scratch so easily. otherwise, highly recommend!

It's honestly a great ring and great quality. It tracks everything super accurately. My main need for it was to track my sleep and I loved that the app would give you information on tracking like how well your body rested and recovered over night and how ready you are for the next day. It is very spot on. The charging also last for a week plus! It also synced any data I colleted to my apple health app which helped alot too.

I also appreciate how sleek and subtle it looks. One thing to note: the sizing feels slightly looser than the plate sample I used for reference, so I’d recommend keeping that in mind when choosing your size.

Oura has given me insights on my sleep now I have a better understanding of my sleep patterns, another amazing about Oura is I can track my cycles especially my BBT body basil temperature and I don’t have to reach over and grab my BBT thermometer which makes it easier for me. I love Oura if you’re looking to track your overall health than Oura is for you.

Love this ring. I’ve been wanting one for over a year and finally pulled the trigger on it! It’s been accurate and has helped me to manage my movement and stress levels from day to day. My only gripe is the sizing - i do wish it came in half sizes! Also, fully expect your ring to be scratched on day 1 lol
