Love my Oura Ring! Used the fit guide to make sure I ordered the right size. The Oura app is an additional cost, but I think it’s worth it. I love the insights, especially on my sleep and stress. Downside, it’s not the best at picking up activity so I do still wear my Apple Watch for workouts. But it’s on point for everything else, especially if you can’t sleep in your watch like me.

This product does require a subscription, for most of the features to work, that we weren't aware of but overall the ring seems to work as advertised. There are a ton of insights this product provides about your physical responses to daily activities including basic information about your sleep patterns.

So far so good!! Haven’t had it too long but I love it! Battery lasts a week, but can drain fast depending how busy you are and how much it picks up!

Love this ring so much. I track my sleep patterns since I’m still grieving my mom and the nights when I’m worried my sleep was horrible, I’m reassured that I was ok but my stress levels were what’s throwing me off. I also track my period since I have fibroids. And it’s perfect

In a class unto itself!! Between the app, the appearance, comfort, and overall performance, this is by far the best biometric ring on the market! A little pricy, but worth every penny! Checks all vitals in a very non-interference basis. Highly recommend!

Love it! Got on e for Christmas and ended up getting this one for my girlfriend. She loves it and helps us stay on track with activities, sleep and overall wellbeing.

I currently own a Fitbit to monitor my sleep, but always felt it was uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. I also read that the Oura technology was superior for sleep and it is much more comfortable. I am glad I made this purchase and now have superior technology to monitor both sleep and excercise.

This product has been working great for me. No issues and the battery life is excellent.

Like - fit, comfort, look, capabilities, charging and days of battery operation. I wear it 24x7 I especially like step counts, heart rate and sleep monitoring.

I appreciate the ability to track my steps and health with a ring vs. my fitbit. Additionally, the Oura tracks much more than the fitbit did, and it's interesting to see how my health habits (sleep, activity and readiness) change from day to day.

If you want insight into your autonomic nervous system—stress, strain, and rest—Oura’s data is solid and beautifully presented. Sleep Tracking: The ring’s sleep stage analysis and readiness score are helpful for seeing how your body bounces back, especially if you’ve been under stress, sick, or training hard. Where It Falls Short Paywall for Wellness: After the trial, you have to pay $6/month for most features. Without a subscription, you lose access to HRV trends, detailed sleep, temperature, and more. That means the $350–$500 you paid just gets you the hardware—wellness is extra. Luxury Pricing, Questionable Value: The base price is steep, and the gold version costs even more (and yes, the gold can tarnish—search the reviews!). You’re paying for a brand and a shiny finish, not extra function. Opaque Data: Oura only shows your lowest HRV average at night, not your highest, nor your real-time ups and downs. If your number seems low (mine is often ~19 ms), that’s by design—it’s showing your most “strained” period, not your day’s average. This can be confusing and discouraging. Step Count Drift: After recent updates, Oura’s step count dropped (sometimes undercounted), while RingConn overcounts. Neither is perfect. RingConn: A Cheaper, Broader Lens All-Day HRV: RingConn measures HRV continuously, so you can see how stress, calm, and even emotions affect you throughout the day. No subscription required. Half the Price: $200, with core metrics, including HRV, and no recurring fees. App Needs Work: No way to see weekly/monthly HRV trends (at least as of this writing), which makes long-term improvement hard to track. What Companies Should Learn Stop Gating Health Data: HRV isn’t new; HeartMath has offered this tech for decades, focused on healing, not profits. Wellness shouldn’t be locked behind a luxury paywall. Transparency and Choice: Let users see all their HRV data—lowest, highest, averages, and real-time—and empower them to interpret it meaningfully. Price for Access, Not Exclusion: These rings could transform public health if made more affordable. Apple and Oura, why not partner with mission-driven orgs and make HRV tracking a right, not a privilege? Bottom Line If you want the most validated HRV data for overnight recovery, Oura is still the gold standard—but it comes with a monthly toll, luxury pricing, and data “curation” that hides more than it reveals. If you want more raw, day-long HRV (with some trade-offs in accuracy), RingConn is a worthy challenger at half the price. If I could, I’d blend Oura’s science with RingConn’s access and HeartMath’s spirit. Until then, Oura gets 2–3 stars from me—not for lack of innovation, but for putting wellness behind a velvet rope. I have been using the Oura ring for over 3 months, and I could not be happier with it. It is comfortable to wear, and sleep and the wellness insights it provides are excellent.

I love this tracker, it gives me all the health data I want! The data seems to me to be more in depth than the Apple Watch and I don’t have to deal with constant notifications on my wrist.

Way better than you coupd imagine. Great battery life, awesome insights, and fades into background unlike a watch. Dont forget to use its built in meal tracking! Take a picture of your food and it analyzes it and montiors your bodies response.

I love the ring it’s not only a cute accessory, but it really tracks everything I need to be tracked. Battery life is great as well!
