The ring itself is very lightweight but still fits a little bulky on small fingers. The gold is a pretty color but does scratch easily. But the app is by far the best part of the Oura ring. The data provided really helps you make positive changes to sleep and lifestyle.

Great health companion. It helps to keep track of key vitals that help you to live better. I love the food analyzer in the app.

I gave this to my grandson for Christmas. So far he really likes it. Great battery life and good metrics. He gives it a 4.9 out of 5 with the only deduction being that he wished they had half sizes.

Lighweight. Accurate. Long battery life. So many stats available. Wish there wasnt a membership, but it makes sense since they're constantly updating their tech.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. Just make sure that you get the sizing correct because it differs from normal ring sizes. The associate in-store was able to help us get the right fit.

Only had for 1 month so far and it has been amazing. It is so cute and matches with the rest of my jewelry. My husband thought it was silly at first but now I think he wants one lol.

Does most of what the Apple watch does yet it is much smaller (easy to sleep with, etc) and the battery last about a week. I'm very happy with it and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the monthly/yearly charge. Most other rings like this don't have that charge.

i love this ring! so easy to set up and use & gives so much information! only have to charge one a week for about 30 minutes!

I use it for recovery and its helped point out my weaknesses and gave some sort if explanation as to why my sleep is not good. However its a ring and as will all consumer tech there can be some margin of error. Still helped me though. Minus on the monthly subscription though

No matter if you are buying the oura ring for a health issue, to track for fertility, or just overall health information the oura ring is very helpful. It is very accurate on the information that is recieved through the app.

It keeps me updated on how I am doing. It tells you so much about your body.

The best smart ring on the market! I’ve tried so many different devices to track my fitness and general health and wellness and Oura does it better than anyone else! I purchased mine about eight months ago and once the algorithm gets going, the accuracy is impeccable. There’s not many things that I would immediately replace if they break, but this is definitely one of them. The small form factor of wearing the ring versus wearing the bulky watch is definitely a huge plus. Unlike the watch, this doesn’t have to be upgraded every year when a new model comes out because it all the sudden stops working.

BEAUTIFUL ring I will gladly wear and not be concerned about looking like a weird techie person because you can barely tell it would not just be a normal ring.

Oura Ring 4 is incredible. This is my third, I had a Gen 3 and then upgraded to a Gen 4 in Stealth…I’m so happy with the tools and tracking that I decided to get one in a brushed silver color. I’ve bought them for my entire family and all agree this is a winner.

Love this ring! I have sleep apnea and wanted to track my sleep. I have apple and garmin watches but don't want to wear to bed. This ring and app tracks a lots of biometrics. It gives me ratings on stress and my bodies recovery. My activity levels and detailed sleep pattern to the minute. The stealth ring for men is durable, however, does have propensity to scratch. Recommend the latex protection covers on Amazon for wearing for golf, yard work, etc to protect ring.

I’ve been wanting to buy this for a long time and I don’t regret it. Love it and would recommend it to anyone interested. I have not had any issues with it so far and it’s readings are very accurate.

This is my second ring purchase, they are great and accurate.

Product is great, been wearing it over a month now. I don’t even notice i have it on anymore. I charge it once every 5-6 days, haven’t had a problem with it yet! Only thing I don’t like is the subscription model for this product, otherwise it’s great.
