I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

I’ve been using my Oura Ring for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and has helped me make real changes to my routine. I also like how it tracks activity and recovery without being bulky or distracting like a watch. The app is easy to use and very insightful. I bought it for my girlfriend around a year ago. The ring has been tried and tested and its a pretty solid ring , after the year the sensor stopped working but i have the bestbuy total membership so i got it replaced overall while the ring is working its really solid with everything tracking health stuff and also comfort as my girl wears it all the time except when recharging the ring of course.

I’ve had my ring for almost a month now and I’m very happy with it . It tracks my sleep , lets me know how many calories I’ve burned ,It also tracks my stress levels and heart rate.I would recommend going up a size , my fingers swell at night and iv heard it’s happen to other people .

Love the Oura ring. Sets up pretty easily and the sleep and vitals tracking is amazing. The battery can last a week or so, which is awesome.

This is my second Oura ring. My first lasted me 3 years. The battery life on this generation is much better than the previous. My sleep has drastically improved by reviewing the data in the app and helping me identify patterns.

I really like how it tracks my stress and sleep. I have trouble sleeping and wake up many times throughout the night & now I am able to see it on my app.

Overall, the ring gives me great insight into my health through the day and through the night. There are days where I feel like it is too much to keep wearing it (sometimes I need a break), but I think that is somewhat expected with any wearable device. I did observe a few scratches on the ring after only a few days. The dark satin finish makes it quite easy to see scratches.

This purchase was for my daughter. She loves it. Says it is very comfortable and attractive. She is learning all of the functions and loves the data it provides.
