This is a great purchase to monitor a wide variety of important health functions. There is so much I like about it, that the review would be too long. Let me tell you what I don’t like. Although it is more comfortable by far than the first generation ring that I got, it’s still a little bulky. I am not used to wearing a ring on my index finger so I still haven’t gotten used to that either.

Oura ring has been an excellent addition to my health tracking system.

Comfortable, light weight. She looks super cute. Track my sleep, cycle, stress and heart rate is the best for me.

The Oura Ring 4 is a game changer. It tracks my period cycle, steps, sleep quality, heart rate, and recovery with great accuracy. Comfortable to wear all day and night, and the insights really help me improve my health and workouts.

My oura ring is awesome. I didn’t get the ceramic because the colors don’t really “match” an everyday outfit for me. I’m a gold-lover. However, after watching countless reviews, the gold and rose gold fade poorly. I opted for silver, which is also beautiful. Unfortuntately, the metal is soft and scratches easily. Otherwise, I’ve had no real issues. Got it with the $150 off sale, which you can’t really beat. Overall, I’d have to say that all tech can suffer wear-and-tear. A few scratches and $6 a month (really, guys, it’s only $6. Imagine buying a tv and complaining that you have to pay for cable/subscribtion services. This is how things work.) are worth what it does for you. I’m happy with my purchase.

Not suitable for monitoring spO2. Scratches easily. Intermittent reporting. Battery life falls off quickly. I bought this ring to monitor sleep health and while it can provide nice insight into your sleep habits, spO2 is not one of them. It will give you an average, when it feels like it, but you have to wait 24 hours to get it. I do love the stealth model, but it does scratch and so it should be removed while working, which kind of defeats the purpose. Battery life started out very good, but has fallen off rapidly. Since it takes two weeks to adapt, once you figure out it doesn't work, you are outside of the return window. Support is very, very, slow and not helpful at all. Its a great idea and I can see they are getting close to having a great product, but it's not quite reliable enough yet. I cannot recommended at this time.

I like having this ring to monitor my health. I find that it complements my Apple Watch and Apple Health app. Easy to set up and the app has given me some good suggestions to help improve my health. I do a lot of phsical work so after I put a small scratch I purchsed some silicone protectors so I don't have to take the ring off and lose valuable data.

This my third Oura Ring and always satisfied. It does what it says. Love it. This one is my Wife’s.
