So far loving it! It's super light and do not even feel you have it on. Easy to set up, the app is amazing. Clean, easy to read and just the metrics you need. Others can get be a bit of data overload.

So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.

This device has given me more detailed facts considering my sleeping (better than sleep apnea machine) and level of exercise. Information is the key to improvement.

Love the product but slightly bulky on the finger. Upset that I bought this a month before the Gen 5 came out (no info that it was being released). I’m outside the return/exchange window now.

This ring is fantastic. It provides a comprehensive range of health data, including heart rate trends, sleep quality, and activity tracking, all with impressive accuracy. I've been very pleased with the metrics the Oura Ring has given me. I was afraid I wouldn't like it because of the size, but I hardly even notice it. It's wonderful.
