Received this for my birthday from my family. Very beneficial to my health and quality of sleep. Have had no issues with it. Charge lasts approximately 4-5 days.

I’ve used many other wearable trackeds for years before finding this one. It’s minimal, stylish, fashionable, and tracks accuarately. I love the daily tracker about relaxed, engaged, and stress. Also, the resiliency tracker is great too.

I love this ring! It’s very comfortable and very useful, it helps me a lot with my anxiety and sleep problems, it even tells me when I’m about to get sick!!

I love the Oura ring. I have used fitness trackers for years. From Fitbits to Apple Watches to Samsung watches. This is by far the most accurate, easiest to wear and has the longest lasting battery. It is an absolute necessity for those needing to understand their sleep, keep an eye on the Oxygen saturation, steps and pulse.

Provides valuable info to monitor possible health issues. I especially like to monitor my blood oxygen levels and sleep efficiency.

I have used this ring for more than a year now and have generally appreciated it. It has a good usable app with clear insights into health data. Most of the positive reviews are correct about it. I have two main drawbacks with mine that result in the lost stars. The monthly subscription for the app is expensive for what you receive, especially considering other options don't charge for the app. The sleep tracking is why I have it, and it does seem to be very good, but I don't know how much longer it will be worth using due to the next drawback. The battery life of this device after a year has begun to drop off steeply. I used to get an easy 6-7 days while using the fitness tracking features while running. I am not currently using the fitness tracking features as actively and am getting 2-3 days of battery life max. Based on my conversations with the support bot from oura, and the app checking the ring, this is expected. It would be less of a problem if this were a warrantied defect, but as it stands, I don't believe I will be able to use this ring for a full day in another year. I had thought the benefit of paying the added monthly expense for the app would deliver higher value in terms of after purchase support and a more generous warranty, but that does not appear to be the case. With the battery life dropping, the charging dock not being a portable case like other models is becoming a heavy drawback as well. I wish I could rate this ring higher, but paying this much for a fitness tracker that lasts maybe 2 years at the current rate on top of a monthly subscription has made me begin to regret my purchase.

I've really enjoyed this ring! The only thing I don't like is that it easily scratches.

Love the ring. Great battery life. A little bulky but you get used to it. The sizing rings you have to buy to determine your size are a little bit smaller than the actual ring size. Size 8 in the sizers fit me better but when I bought the ring it would fall off my finger when I was wearing it so I had to size down.

I am amazed at what this ring does for me. I wised it would somehow alert things of concern. This is able to pick up changes in my HR and because of that I had a conversation with oh my doctor. Only thing is it does have tiny scratches. Must be careful

I have been wanting to get a Oura ring for a while. I really wanted to track my sleep patterns. This ring did the trick. I can see my sleep patterns, and much more. I have yet to realize the full capability of the ring and I hope to do so soon. I would highly recommend this ring, it's not only stylish but functional.

This is a great upgrade from the generation 3. The comfort is a world of difference. The flatness of the sensors along with the smooth design make it optimal for wear both at work and during relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone who works in any field of work.

The rain is very reliable. The tracking system is very accurate for your vitals and your sleeps at night. And the quality of the material that is made it very resistant. It looks pretty good.

I love my Oura ring. It holds charge extremely well & I got the perfect fit using the sizing kit before purchasing. It has a lot of cool features. The biggest complaints I had and why I chose 3/5 stars is because it scratches extremely easy for it being over $400 and there are a lot of other smart rings that do not require a subscription.

Because I had had challenges with Apple Watch, not doing a great job of tracking my sleep, I finally decided to invest in this ring. I could not be more happy with the results. This does a much better job of tracking all kinds of things and can tell me when I’m running a fever. It seems to totally figure out what’s going on with me so that I don’t feel crazy anymore. Super helpful. Probably a great gift for anybody. I purchased one that fit on three different fingers between my two hands. It’s terrific to be able to change fingers if needed. I will undoubtedly continue to use this for many years and update as needed. It’s some of the best money I’ve spent.
