Great product. It’s very helpful and motivating to fix your sleep schedule. Battery lasts forever. If you don’t like smart watches this is the product for you. Try it you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you get the right size! Only con is the monthly app fee it’s like $6 but worth it to me.

The fit was perfect thanks to the size guide — definitely recommend wearing the sizing ring for 24 hours before ordering to account for any finger swelling. I love this product! I was scared it was going to be too big but I would definitely size up compared to your normal ring size!

My boyfriend uses his Oura ring every day and I never see him without it on. He loved tracking his sleep and daily activities.

I bought it for my husband that wanted to keep track of his health a little better. He loves it. It charges super fast, it notifies him when it’s completely charged. He can see his sleep patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Is helping a lot managing his life style and seeing where he needs some improvement or changes.

So far I like this better than my Apple Watch. It’s more accurate.

It’s a good device! I just hoped the scratch resistance was better than what it is. Mine scratched so quickly, that it happened while I was applying a case on it.

This is comfortable to wear and looks nice. The data it gives me is more then the apple watch has ever and has helped me stay up on my health. It reminds me to stretch my legs when i need to and very easy to sleep with it on. I would recommend this device to everyone. I am living with EDS and POTS. Has helped cut my episodes down to over half. LOVE this device.
