It’s ok. Nothing special. Best thing I use the ring for is the sleep functions.

I had Gen 3 for a year and upgraded. My biggest dissatisfaction is how you have to constantly adjust the positioning to align the sensors. Rings rotate throughout the day, leaving the sensors misaligned and not providing accurate readings. After every hand wash and throughout the day I have to adjust it. They should add the sensors throughout the ring. Oura needs to stop trying to be an activity tracker and add the sleep sensors throughout the inside of the ring so we can just wear it and never think about it. All the professional reviewers agree this is an excellent sleep tracker, but nowhere near a good activity tracker. Once Oura focuses on just tracking sleep, I think the ring and features will be better. I am also worried about the gaskets falling apart like it has been happening to many customers.

Wanted to gift the ring but was unsure of what size was needed. This is a perfect solution. You buy the sizing kit and get a coupon for the amount of the kit. It essentially costs nothing and you ensure you get the right size.

I have had TWO rings in less than a year because this product is simply trash. The first ring I had for 6 months and it went belly up and wouldn't connect to my phone so I couldn't access my data, so I was simply left with an ugly ring. Then I contacted customer support and they were all bots and never heard from a real person. So I returned that ring. I got another because I was thinking hmm probably just a faulty one. NOPE! The life span of these rings is about 6 months. Now my ring wont hold a charge for more than 18 hours. PS this company is not backed by the better business burrow Put simply : The customer service is the bottom of the barrel and for those who say it has an impressive battery life. I THINK NOT! There are other smart ring options that have a much better price point! Look into those, and if you are getting bullied into using an Oura ring by author company (a woman's health app). Look into the tech options they provide like the bracelet or thermometer. PS ladies don't Gas light yourself, it is UGLY

Excellent metrics, definitely the best ring out there. The app monthly fee is also affordable. Wish it registered activities without manual trigger, but it’s much more accurate than other rings so it’s worth it.

wasn’t worth the money! I had it for 3 days before there was a scratch on it. Every subscription you would benefit from cost extra

It doesn’t pick up workout sessions as well as the Apple Watch, that seems to be the only thing that’s holding it back from being perfect
