    Red light leaves behind almost like an irritating heat rash on the finger when worn for extended periods of time like you are supposed to. They also charge a monthly fee to even use it to its full capabilities. You would think paying for a $4-500 ring would be enough to solve these problems.

    Really good. Only problem is battery doesn’t last 8 days like it claims. Also scratches and gets blemishes easily
