I love this ring and purchasing from Best Buy was easy!

I could not be happier with this ring. It's better than the Apple Watch

Way nicer than the 3rd gen. I feel like the ring gives way more calories and exercise points than my Apple Watch. Not so sure how accurate this thing is.

Great way to track your body biometrics to see where improvements can be made. I do not use the ring as a fitness tracker.

Got this model for my wife and she love it. Feels great not look at another display and get distracted.

I didn’t love the Oura ring because I lift in the gym and it got in the way when picking up barbells and dumbbells. It is a good way to track many things for fitness but just didn’t work for my lifestyle.

After doing a lot of research on wearables, it was clear that Oura was the way to go. Very happy with this purchase.

Good material and app with lot of good stats but comes with subscription

I really like the concept, however when I had the ring, I misplaced it several times and wasted time trying to find it. If my phone could hone into it like my phone to my AirTag… or if the ring would do a beep, that might help. I started getting anxiety over losing it, I found myself being occupied by the thought too much, I had return it.

This was purchased as a gift. The receiver wears it and uses the data every day.

I ordered the wrong color and was able to exchange with no hassle. Made an excellent gift.

Love my oura ring. Oh I love my oura rings. He keeps accountable.

This ring is easy to setup and provides great health info.

The only negative was that they ordered the wrong size, so I had to go back to the store to reorder.

Great product only drawback is subscription to access your own helth data.

I did some research and decided to get myself an Oura ring 4 for Christmas. At first I loved it. But about a month and a half afterwards it stopped syncing with the app daily. At that point it was unreturnable to Best Buy. So I contacted Oura. They admitted it was a defect and was under warranty. So they sent a replacement. I got a notice from UPS that the package was opened and product was missing and they then discarded the package. Honest to GOD! I can show anyone that message. I reported this back to Oura customer service and they told me they would investigate and get back to me. After MANY repeated attempts to get any response from Oura they have basically ghosted me.... Mu initial feeling was they had great customer service but my opinion has changed. I even showed them the message from UPS. I would think since THEY shipped it - they would have access to the same info... My next avenue is to try and contest things with the credit card company as Oura is a huge letdown.

Love this ring and all the data I get about my day and sleep!
