    It scratches very easily. The ring itself is bulky. The material used on the inside of the ring can be irritating. It frequently causes a rash.

    I love the features and ease of use. My main complaint is the finish. After two less than two months of use and taking it off any time I’m working or lifting anything, it’s still pretty scuffed up and not appealing. Not noticeable from far away, but it still bothers me. It’s faired better than my wife’s ring though. She has the gold one.

    I upgraded from the Oura 3 to the 4- seems to be about the same (and I loved gen 3) except battery life is way better with gen 4. Awesome.
