My Oura ring is great excellent sleep tracker and working well in my health journey

I love my oura ring so far ~ with the Apple Health to Claude Integration I'm able to see my full health data in 1 place and use AI to report and ask questions about my health. I was hesitant because I lose so many rings but this one fit perfectly based on the sizing kit and I haven't had any issues.

Stylish and lightweight. Provides useful information about my activity levels, sleep patterns and so much more!

I have been using an Oura ring since generation one. This is my third Oura ring. It’s a fantastic product for monitoring not just sleep, but also general health. Unless you need the functionality of phone calls or music that a smart watch provides, this ring is all you need to track your health and fitness. I highly recommend it.

The information the Oura Ring 4 provides, particularly on my sleep habits is very interesting and useful! Also like the tracking of heart rate and O2sat readings.

I love my oura ring, but it scratches easily, it’s hard to keep up with at first and it matters that you get the correct size. If you lose weight you’ll have to get a new one. I love the tracking but there’s a lot more to it than the $5.99 charge a month

I’ve been using the Oura Ring and honestly, it’s been amazing. It tracks my sleep, recovery, and daily activity in a way that’s actually easy to understand and useful. The insights help me make better decisions with my health, and I like that it’s comfortable enough to wear all day and night without even noticing it. Definitely one of the best health tools I’ve used.

Ive had the oura since March of this year. It does take a couple of weeks to get all the data, but, it’s helpful, comfortable, and does everything you need it to do. You do need a paid subscription for the app which is a reasonable yearly fee. The watches are too bulky. The ring is perfect.

this has been a game changer; I don't like wearing things on my wrist at night. so this has been a great addition for all day and night wear. this has helped me be more aware of when I should be going to bed at night. I like that recently have been a little under the weather and there are tags you can add to let the ring know why you're not feeling well. I really like the combination of wearing the ring and a smartwatch during the day. this is slim enough that I don't really know I'm wearing it; would buy again

First smart device I have been able to sleep comfortably wearing every night. I run my everyday health according to my Oura. It’s so convenient to only charge it every 7 or 8 days. Give it a 10+

I have been very impressed with my Oura Ring. Remarkably accurate health and wellness data with a powerful battery life. Also, a very impressive charge time of typically less than 30 minutes.

Love it, light easy to use and has a great app. However they do scratch easily, so be forewarned
