Ivv officially have had this on for 1 month and I think It is completely awesome. It tracks sleep time, I believe to be accurate.. it will be me how long it took me to sleep. Which is something I was most excited to use.

I am a big fan of the Oura Ring and the version 4 improves upon an already great product. I do feel the data is more reliable in this latest version and the ring look much better. The finish seems to have some durability issues.

I absolutely love this. I’ve had it a couple of months now. So not an instant review like most are. When I knew it really was what it said it was. Was when I got sick. Do you know it knew I was sick before I even had symptoms. I’ve purchased a lot of things in my life. However, I have to say this is in my top 5 best buys, no pun intended (I purchased it at Best Buy).

Excellent wellness tracker. The more you wear it the more insides it gives you about your sleep patterns and how this affects your averall health. It helps you calibrate on your own your lowest heart rate so you can have over all cardiovascular health and a strong response to stress.
