I love that it tracks everything. Reminds ypu to stand up and walk as well as when its time to start getting ready for bed. I sized up 1 from my normal ring size. My fingers tend to swell so sizing up was a must for me.

In a class unto itself!! Between the app, the appearance, comfort, and overall performance, this is by far the best biometric ring on the market! A little pricy, but worth every penny! Checks all vitals in a very non-interference basis. Highly recommend!

I love my Oura ring. It holds charge extremely well & I got the perfect fit using the sizing kit before purchasing. It has a lot of cool features. The biggest complaints I had and why I chose 3/5 stars is because it scratches extremely easy for it being over $400 and there are a lot of other smart rings that do not require a subscription.

Overall - I love it! The thing I will say about this device is that it is somewhat bulky- if they could fix that — I’d give it a 5. And maybe a couple other options — like white. The battery is good, the data is great, and it was easy to sign up and daily use it great.

I really love this ring! The 4th gen lasts about 5-6days battery wise, which is very long in my opinion ! It does scratch, but thats expected with any piece of jewelry!

Tracks sleep very well! Has now become a companion with my self to get better scores. I have never loved going to bed early so much!

I am amazed at what this ring does for me. I wised it would somehow alert things of concern. This is able to pick up changes in my HR and because of that I had a conversation with oh my doctor. Only thing is it does have tiny scratches. Must be careful

Obsessed with tracking my sleep, cycle and activity and its aesthetic

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most insightful wellness tools I’ve owned. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and has helped me understand not just how long I sleep, but the quality of my rest—deep sleep, REM, recovery, and readiness all in one place.

I’m still learning about the benefits of the ring. So far I do like the gold band, very comfortable so no issue with wearing 24/7 and battery lasts a week. And the sleeping data is interesting. So far it’s good.

So glad I purchased this, excellent metrics, easier to wear. In fact I sometimes forget I have it on. Feedback on my sleep patterns detailed & sorely needed.
