It’s been almost a year since I have owned it. I am 52 and at 51 I started to have health issues. Seeing notifications that my body was stressed made me go to the doctor and I was able to get it under control and therefore my sleep and energy improved. I luv the battery life it’s better than the watch but I use the watch for my fitness tracking. It also still worked when I lost weight and my finer most likely wasn’t a size 10 anymore.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring. It’s been amazing for tracking my sleep, readiness and ovulation in an effortless way. It gives super helpful insights I actually use everyday. Highly recommend.

I love my new Oura ring. My daughter got one and then showed me everything it does and I ran right out to get one. Really helpful with sleep.

My only complaint is the scratching that occurs with a few months. I routinely take my ring off when I’m showering, washibg dishes, even lifting things I’m worried will scratch it and it still has scratches. It has also already tarnished/changed color so that kind of stinks. BUT I love all the things it can do. It’s so amazing all the metrics I can see.

Love this ring. It is very helpful in tracking my bodies biometrics and love that it syncs with other apps and products I have.

Before I pulled the plug on this ring, I bought cheaper versions of this ring. I won’t say any brand names, but I am very happy that I bought this one because it’s more intuitive and the app is more seamless even though I have to pay for it I don’t mind because when it comes to your health, nothing can compare to that so this is worth it and I would totally buy it again if I had to. Oh, and make sure that you pick the correct size for the ring. I would recommend getting the sizing chart or whatever it’s called but I guesstimated my ring size even though it was fine I probably should have gone down a size but regardless, I’m happy with it.

The health insights are OK. I’m hoping that with more time, there's more to learn from the details the Oura Ring collects, but for now, it’s doing a good job of identifying my sleep patterns and counting my daily steps.

Love that the ring is automatic. Definitely suggest getting the plastic rings to know your right size. Only gotta charge it once a week and I love that I don’t have to do anything extra and it gives me great insight to what’s going on in my body.

Accurate, Sleek, and Convenient. However, for the price and knowing that it’s going to be worn on a hand, you would think it wouldn’t scratch so easily.

Very impressed with the ring so far. Has told me when my stress has increased, was spot on about my menstrual cycle, has given me a lot of insight on my sleeping habits.
