The titanium build feels premium without being flashy, and the black finish is subtle enough for any setting. Sleep tracking is where this thing earns its keep. I've always thought I slept fine, but seeing my REM and deep sleep breakdowns night after night helped me spot patterns I would've never noticed on my own. The Readiness Score has genuinely changed how I plan my days — if recovery is low, I scale back instead of pushing through. It sounds simple but having the data makes the difference. Battery life is solid. I charge it once a week while I'm getting ready in the morning and never think about it otherwise. The app redesign is a huge improvement too — clean layout, easy to read, and the trend reports over weeks and months are where the real value lives. few honest downsides: No GPS means you still need your phone for outdoor workouts. And I take it off for anything involving weights or gripping — titanium scratches. Overall, if you want health tracking without screen fatigue and constant notifications buzzing your wrist, the Oura Ring 4 nails it. It's not perfect, but it's the best smart ring out there right now.

Love this ring! At first I was hesitant because of the reviews. However, I love that it tracks my sleep and tells me my readiness for my day! I can barely feel the ring on my finger at night. Also their is a subscription for every thing so that really doesnt bother me. I haven’t had any scratches but I have brought ring covers from Amazon, if I want to change from silver to gold or vice versa.

Got this ring for my wife for Christmas, she really likes it, it worked better for her to track her sleep compared to a watch. It also does a lot of cool tracking with temperature and heart rate.

I have both this and an Apple Watch and the Oura ring by far tracks my health way better than my Apple Watch. It accurately tracks my sleep, gives me a notification if I’m starting to get sick, tracks stress levels, exercise, heart rate and so much more the battery life is way better then my smart watch as well and charging is extremely quick I just pop it on the charger when I go to take a shower and by the time I get out of the shower it’s fully charged. I’d recommend the Oura ring to anyone who wants to keep a eye on their health and wellness of your body

I love this ring! It is so comfortable to wear and it keeps track of so much! It keeps track of my steps, my breathing, how well I am sleeping. I love it because it is not bulky and comfortable to sleep in. It is so much better than wearing a watch all of the time. I recommend this product as it is a game changer.
