Love my Oura ring so far . Had it for few weeks . It’s amazing how much data it gives me in the morning when I wake up. I feel so motivated in the morning to keep up on my activity so I can beat my scores for the day before

I bought the Oura 4 a little over a month ago. At first, I absolutely loved the ring, and I hate rings and jewelry in general. I have an Apple Watch Ultra, so I was using the Oura for wellness and sleep tracking. I was nothing but impressed. However, I was out of town for Thanksgiving on a family ski vacation. While skiing, first day, I take off my glove and find that my ring is coming apart... I take it off my finger and it literally fell into pieces. No damage, dents, scratches, just a shell, an inner ring and two gaskets. So, I contact Oura support to start a warranty claim, hoping for a quick replacement, or at worst a repair. Oura customer service responded fairly quickly. That said, after dealing with customer service and sending the same pictures in, to multiple representatives, and then supposedly having my claim sent to the correct department, it has now been over a week and nothing. You can't call Oura, they don't respond to the ticket, absolutely nothing. If you have a product as great at the Oura ring could be, but you can't support it or your customers, you don't deserve to be in business. And if I was home when this happened, I could have taken the ring back to BestBuy, but of course, I was out of town and missed the return by a day (not BestBuy's fault). So as of now, I will not buy another Oura product or recommend them. $400 plus tax and all I have now is a pile of parts. Thanks Oura... for nothing!

Lost some weight needed to downsize from size 12 to size 11 upgraded to gen 4 at the same time. I can’t think of anything nicer to say than I bought it twice :)

I like it. It fits good and does what I need it to do. The only thing I wished was that it was thinner. Maybe in the next releases.

I wanted this ring for sleep tracking and for sports tracking like hockey and hiking and etc. I researched ice hockey in particular directly from the Oura site. It says it was fine for Hockey. They were WRONG. First skate with it and it fell apart! Felt looseness in my glove and when I took it off, I now had four parts…. 20 minutes in. Smh Apparently, others are having this happen as well. I should have researched more. I’ll be returning this $400 piece of garbage.

I wanted to like this but I just don't it isn't accurate and the fit isn't good it will fit one day and then the next it is to small I don't know if it is cutting circulation and my finger swells or what is happening but I don't like it. I have figured I'm the type of person who likes to see the progress and what is happening without pulling out my phone so this is a no for me.
