The experience having this ring was great, i feel its a great upgrade from using a smart watch. The only down side for me was the variety of sizes. Size 6 was to tight & size 7 was to loose

So far, this ring has given me great insight into my health, and I will continue to use it to track. I will probably pick up a Garmin as well.

I think it does what it says it does. I've only had one week. I like it- I struggle wearing a ring all the time but I'm getting used to it. It's very comfortable. I switch between my forefinger and middle finger. I'm still getting used to the app. I do think the steps are overestimated.

The Oura ring provides excellent insights into sleep patterns, activity, stress, and health. It continuously monitors breathing, heart rate and latency in terms of HRV and sleep to monitor signs on stress and any indicators that may need attention.

Great product. Durability is amazing. I wear it in the gym all of the time with no problems. Battery life lasts a long time and it is overall definitely worth the money.

This is the second Oura ring purchase. I’ve been using the Oura Ring for over a year now, and I’m honestly impressed with how much insight it gives me into my sleep and recovery. The ring itself is sleek, light, and looks more like jewelry than tech. I actually forget I’m wearing it most of the time.

Best.gift.ever. Battery lasts a long time. After four days it’s still at 50%. I’m tracking my sleep and trying to improve. Now that I have this ring, I understand my sleep patterns and have suggestions on how to improve. Looking forward to more health data in the future.

I bought the Oura ring for my because she washed to track her sleep. She has had the ring for a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it. It tracks everything and monitors way more health markers than I could have imagined. I would definitely buy it again.

The Oura ring is good when you want to know all your body insights. It’s good for sleep, stress, readiness, and heart rate. I went into the store which I highly recommend to get the right size, the band with is thick so you might need to size up. The ring is ok for workouts but doesn’t really give you that many insights like an Apple Watch would. For example if you run a lot and want to track distance, it won’t show you that in the app. It will show you the zone your heart rate was in and how many calories were burned. The ring also tracks temperature and if you’re using it for cycle synchronization it’s good with that!
