    i loveeeeee my oura ring! it’s so easy to set up, the instructions for how to best use it/charge it/how it tracks are so easy to follow. and if you have any questions, the app itself makes it so easy to find the information you’re looking for.

    If you want to monitor health, this ring helps you do so! It’s great quality and looks beautiful on my husbands ring finger. I hope there will eventually be a way to monitor blood pressure. But, I knew that wasn’t an option at this time when I made the purchase. There is a $5.99 subscription service for the ring. I also knew that when making the purchase. I am pleased with this purchase.

    Love this ring! Had definitely improved my sleep I love this! I do recommend buying a looser fit due to finger swelling it did get stuck on my finger one night luckily I was able to save both my finger and ring but I did have to size up.
