I bought this ring for health reasons and ovulation tracking, and it has done a great job of providing accurate information.

I tried 3 different smart rings, and this is the only one I didn’t return. I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.
