I’ve been using my Oura Ring for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and has helped me make real changes to my routine. I also like how it tracks activity and recovery without being bulky or distracting like a watch. The app is easy to use and very insightful. Definitely worth the investment if you're serious about health tracking!

Best thing ever I lost my old one and went back for a new one but this thing is definitely a game changer

So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.

This ring is fantastic. It provides a comprehensive range of health data, including heart rate trends, sleep quality, and activity tracking, all with impressive accuracy. I’m especially impressed by its built-in calming features, such as guided breathing and meditation sessions, which make it easy to pause and reset during a hectic day.

This has been a lifechanger! I used to get up each morning thinking I'd had a "bad" night sleep. I am happily surprised each morning when I learn that I have great sleep! I also love the messages I get regarding activity and stress. Great reminders to slow down and breathe! I love the ring.

The Oura Ring 4 works great. It makes it easier to track all activities including sleep. Since purchased I have been able to loose 10 pounds by increasing my movement and decreasing my intake. It lets you to record actives and Log meals.

I have been on the fence on whether to buy a smart ring or not and I’m glad I finally did. It helps immensely that, regardless of which OS your phone runs, the Oura Ring app both sync seamlessly with your phone’s native Health apps. It’s comfortable, light, durable, and the app has top-notch health insights and metrics (as a health IT specialist and informaticist myself, this is a massive positive for me). My only concern is the long term wear and tear of its coating/material but was able to grab some ring sleeves to lessen it especially when wearing it at the gym.

Works great, just wish it was ceramic but the ceramic ones are so expensive

!! BEWARE !! THE SIZER IN STORE FOR THIS PRODUCT RUNS 1 SIZE SMALLER THAN ACTUAL RINGS. I purchased size 10 after trying the sizers in store. Once I got home the product didn’t fit at all. I had to return and get one size larger. The product has about a three day battery life but charges very quickly. I often put it on the charger while I’m cooking dinner or take my evening shower. The durability I would say is OK. It has been about a month and there’s already surface scratches on the product which is a little disappointing. I would’ve expected a higher quality material to be more resistant to daily use. Overall, it’s one of the best on the market. The biggest downside was inaccurate sizers provided in store or their sizing kits that you can buy. It makes absolutely zero sense for a company to have this product at such a high price point, but then failed to provide accurate sizes

Overall i do like the ring! Myself personally, think its a little thick. Although from my understanding it’s significantly thinner then the last generation. It charges quick and over is easy to use! I do wish there was a better way to find it when you lose it. So i use an apple watch too and tbh im more concerned hsvjng my ring on vs my watch. I will say it scratches maybe thats totally normal for rings in general im not sure. Overall its a goid product!

So far so good! Starts giving sleep metrix after first use but heart stats are collected after several days - am still contrasting between another body capture item I use but so far Oura appear a bit more detailed

An amazing product to use day to day basis , specially for work and if you work out at the gym. Highly recommend for anyone who needs it , it monitors numerous things. I would 100% buy it again if I could.

Great product so far. The battery life is amazing. I’ve compared it to my watch and it is almost perfectly synced. It’s lightweight and I forget I’m even wearing most of the time.
