Breathing and sleeping monitoring also is a plus ... as well as cardiac readings being recorded.     The Oura ring is a great product. It has a lot of features and is compatible with both iPhones and Android phones. The battery life is also really good. I compared it to other rings like the Target ring, and I prefer the Oura ring because it’s compatible with both types of phones, unlike some other rings that are only compatible with Android phones.

    I'm loving the experience of my Oura. The app is absolutely amazing and the experience it's even better than my smartwatch. The battery takes around 2 weeks without charging.

    App fairly easy to navigate; only have to charge every 3-5 days; did end up being a little large after started use, but otherwise overall easy to navigate and see stats.
