Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but this O-ring turned out to be really good. It fits perfectly and does exactly what it’s supposed to do—no leaks at all. The material feels strong and not cheap like some others I’ve tried before. Super easy to install, took just a minute. So far, it’s holding up great. Definitely a solid buy for the price. Would order again if needed.

The Oura ring has helped me to have a better sleep schedule, and be more mifndful of my proirities with respect to getting a good night sleep. I definitely recommend to people who want to track their sleep. But Keep in mind that the ring is by no means a good sports tracker.

Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Just be sure to purchase the sizing kit and wear the ring size you think is correct for 24 hours. Since the Oura ring is not traditional sizing you do need to check with the ring sizers.
