Im in love with my oura ring. Hands down much better than an apple watch. I love tracking my sleep, and my active calories that im burning through the day. I mainly use this for sleep and tracking my periods, It lets me know exactly the date that i will be expecting it. Lots of people say that its bulky but it just another staple ring i wear everyday!

Overall, the ring gives me great insight into my health through the day and through the night. There are days where I feel like it is too much to keep wearing it (sometimes I need a break), but I think that is somewhat expected with any wearable device. I did observe a few scratches on the ring after only a few days. The dark satin finish makes it quite easy to see scratches.

I love this ring! I have some medical conditions that I deal with and it has done a great job helping me manage things, especially my sleeping and my stress. The battery life on this ring is awesome as well. It will last over a week.

I bought this for my dad and he absolutely loves it. He was using his phone before to calculate his steps but boy was he shocked by how many more steps he actually did when wearing this ring and leaving phone behind/charging/etc. It also tells him when to rest and his sleep - he just loves it. I was hesitant to make such a big purchase for the Oura Ring but ever since I did I have loved every minute of it. I wear it constantly and I love getting to check out all the different scores from the day before and learning how to improve my overall health based off these scores. If you’re hesitant to purchase one, I say go all in you won’t regret it!
