    Love this ring, tracks sleep, workouts, walking, and even tells me when I am starting to get sick. Only removed one star because it scratches extremely easily when weight lifting and I recommend that they sell some type of guard for us active gym people lol

    I was a bit sceptical at first but absolutely love the Oura Ring. I don't like wearing my apple watch around the clock but Oura ring is simple comfortable to wear. You must suscribe to the app but the daily insights are amazing when it comes to your health and daily activities.
