This ring is phenomenal, tracks everything better than my apple watch and the battery last a while. I am so glad I finally took the plunge and bought this!!

Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand

This ring has a ton of features in the app interface and I hardly notice it on my finger.

Works well, no issues. Battery lasts 5-6 days. Charges quickly. App is easy to use

!! BEWARE !! THE SIZER IN STORE FOR THIS PRODUCT RUNS 1 SIZE SMALLER THAN ACTUAL RINGS. I purchased size 10 after trying the sizers in store. Once I got home the product didn’t fit at all. I had to return and get one size larger. The product has about a three day battery life but charges very quickly. I often put it on the charger while I’m cooking dinner or take my evening shower. The durability I would say is OK. It has been about a month and there’s already surface scratches on the product which is a little disappointing. I would’ve expected a higher quality material to be more resistant to daily use. Overall, it’s one of the best on the market. The biggest downside was inaccurate sizers provided in store or their sizing kits that you can buy. It makes absolutely zero sense for a company to have this product at such a high price point, but then failed to provide accurate sizes

I was VERY excited about the Oura ring. I thought I would no longer need my Apple watch, and I liked that the battery would last for days so I could track my sleep. It does an amazing job at tracking and breaking down sleep patterns. It is awesome that it tracks body temp, O2 fluxuations and stress levels. The Oura also seems more accurate by far on step counts. However, I still feel like Apple has the best layout for tracking fitness activities. I feel like Apple is by far easier to track and easier to read and understand. If i had to choose one, i would choose the Apple watch at this time. However, I do appreciate the additional health tracking of the Oura and feel like it is an amazing supplement to the Apple watch. We will see, maybe in a few months my story will change as i get used to the layout.

I had a few watches and this really out performs them. Plus for comfort, nothing beats the oura for sleep.

So far so good! Starts giving sleep metrix after first use but heart stats are collected after several days - am still contrasting between another body capture item I use but so far Oura appear a bit more detailed

The Oura Ring 4 works great. It makes it easier to track all activities including sleep. Since purchased I have been able to loose 10 pounds by increasing my movement and decreasing my intake. It lets you to record actives and Log meals.

Absolutely love my Oura ring 4! This is my second Oura ring purchase. The data it provides is unlike any other and the battery life is amazing! Highly recommend!

I have found the aura ring useful. It helps me recognize and validate how I feel, lol. It's been interesting watching the date and trends and understanding how my life choices affect my physical health. The fit has been a little challenging even though I went to the store and tried on the tester sizes first. I have large knuckles and thin fingers. I got my ring towards the end of summer and it fit rather snug at the time. Once the weather cooled off and possibly just changes in hormones, diet, and water retention, etc the ring became much looser and the heart rate wasn't being recorded consistently. I ordered some products online to help with the fit when it gets loose and that seems to be working pretty well. So, overall happy with the oura ring.

So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.

Great ring. Is not heavy at all and doesn’t look bulky in your hand. The oura app give all kind of good data about your sleep, heartbeat rate and temperature to keep you healthy. It does charge you 6 dlls for the app subscription but totally worth it. It does scratch easily so wear a cover if you plan using it during workouts and weightlifting
