So far I like it a lot. I've had sleep issues and this has been very good at keeping a sleep record for me. Including heart monitoring. My pulse drops low when You sleep, but not too low thank God.

This is my newest oura ring. Followed them since I heard they were coming out. Bought a second gen one and had for 6 months. Wouldn't charge. Oura sent me a brand new ring and it lasted for year and half. Started losing charge more quickly so upgraded to the newest. I have learned so much about how my body works with sleep habits and my health and how my energy levels work from sleep and how my body reacts to stress and how to offset it. Love this ring and the monthly subscription is worth it to me. They are always adding new things to the app and still learning about my body, even after years of using the ring!

I love the gold best smart ring, very stylish for me. Not bulky like my garmin watch.

I transionionef ftom the Oura # 3 whi h was perfect. I mow have the Oura ring 4 , love the impressive new features ! I chose the gold. The only problem gor me is the sizing . My 3 ring was a 7 fit perecy. I had to size up to an size 8 and still the fot is very snug on my mostly slender petite hands. MyOura Ring 3 had a more acommadsging shape. I find myself having to wet my fingers to remove the ring.

Like the OURA 4 Gen 4 for myself that my wife wanted one so I got her ths one and she loves it.

I’ve had the Oura Ring 4 for a while now and overall I'm impressed. It’s one of those gadgets that quietly does its job and mostly gets out of your way. If you care about sleep, recovery, health insights, and want something very lightweight and unobtrusive, the Oura Ring 4 is excellent. It’s especially good if you don’t need the distractions of notifications or a display, but instead want something more “set‑it‑and‑forget‑it” that gives you meaningful metrics.

Best purchase I’ve made thus far! Gives me an insight on how my sleep is going, if I’m ready for the day, and it also allows me to confidently say that my mind and body is feeling much better now that I know how much rest I need!

What a great device! It gives me more insights than I expected. I like that it tells me that I need to relax, or that I am "coming down with something" before I even feel any symptoms.

Love how I can tell if my body responds to a late meal or high sugar meal by noting elevated resting heart rate. I am using this ring to become more in tune to how my body reacts to various foods and rest…or lack thereof. Very accurate.

I love the data I get from my oura ring, it gives good insight to health trends and notifying if I may be showing signs of getting sick. Takes a few days to get used to the thickness of the band but I’m no longer bothered. Definitely size in store prior to purchasing

Very cool ring. I got this to help my sleep and see exactly what was going on. It logs sleep well. I also keep up with my stress levels and it does a great job. Stylish design looks good on the hand.

The Oura ring provides excellent insights into sleep patterns, activity, stress, and health. It continuously monitors breathing, heart rate and latency in terms of HRV and sleep to monitor signs on stress and any indicators that may need attention.

I purchased the Oura - Ring 4 - Smart Ring for my wife as an adjunct tool to monitor her cardiac rhythm. She wore a Holter Monitor prescribed by her physician for 2 weeks, and I also purchased an Apple Watch Ultra for her to monitor her cardiac rhythm. The Ring 4 is the easiest to wear, charge, and monitor via its app. As her husband physician it was the simplest device to track for her. Now that she no longer needs it, I wear the ring on a different finger, and I enjoy the physiologic insights it gives me about my body.
