    The ring works great, I wish the battery life was better. I compared the data to the two different smart watches I use and data is pretty similar. I dislike the fact that they charge you a monthly fee to view your data.

    I dont know how I ever lived my life without my oura ring. Its super helpful as a mom of 2 young kids to see where I’m lacking as far as sleep, energy, etc. i also use it for cycle tracking.

    I LOVE my Oura ring. Cannot see myself without it. All the health monitoring features are so amazing, and I love the ability to track my cycle with Natural Cycles. Could not recommend this product enough
