Bought it for my wife, but have an older version. Great device for tracking sleep patterns.

I was so pumped to get my Oura Ring Gen 4 for Christmas from my family! It was awesome. I did get the size kit before I told my family the size but the size 10 was much bigger when I got the actual ring. I was so impressed with Best Buy Customer service who helped me get the right Oura ring to exchange my size 10. My size 8 came in 2 days. Thank you!

My fiancé and I both decided to get these and love them! I wish there was no monthly or annual fee BUT this ring has so much data and information to help you be more active, healthy, and even gives you accurate stress readings! Amazing what all is in this!

I’ve been using Oura system Gen 1 and love the data and detail I receive. I much prefer the ring vs a watch or strap and have found it much more reliable. Oura has helped my dive into my metrics and understand small shifts and the impact it has on my health.

Love it! I definitely use it for the sleep component the most but enjoy the other features and am still trying to learn more about it.

When I first got it, I really loved it. So much great dad to help me know when I’m stressed, know if I’m getting enough exercise, know how I’m sleeping. I was really enjoying it and then after about 25 days it just stopped connecting. I tried everything. I even did a factory reset. So far, I haven’t got it to connect again.

Between the high price of the ring and the required subscription, it feels overpriced—especially when competitors like Samsung, Apple, and Garmin offer similar health tracking without ongoing fees. Rings are also easier to lose than watches, making the investment riskier. With competition heating up, and giants like Apple and Google improving battery life and health features, subscription-based models like Oura and Whoop may struggle to stay relevant. The time has come when many people no longer realize how many subscriptions they’re paying for yearly—and in most cases, the total adds up to hundreds of dollars. As awareness grows, more consumers may reject the idea of “renting” wearables.

Didn’t know how much I needed this thing. I truly value the data and insights it gives me, it helps me dial in on health aspects that need attention that I wouldn’t otherwise take the time to address. Purchasing from Best Buy was a great experience as usual. Highly recommend the Oura ring!
