I've really enjoyed using the Oura Ring and have found it to be a great tool for tracking my health and wellness. One of my favorite features is how well it monitors my sleep habits. It gives detailed insights into my sleep stages, quality, and overall rest, which has helped me make real improvements. It also does a great job tracking stress levels, heart rate, and even how many calories I need to burn each day. All of this data is presented clearly in the app. There is a monthly membership fee of $5.99 which unlocks the full range of features. I personally think it's worth it for the depth of data. The battery life is solid, needing a charge only about every six days for about 30 minutes. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ring scratches pretty easily. For something that's worn all the time, it would be nice if it were a bit more durable. Overall, I highly recommend the Oura Ring for anyone looking to stay on top of their health.

I purchased for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It’s his first time having something like this so he’s still learning all the different things that he can track as he’s looking forward to improving his health over this next year so far it has been easy for him to learn how to use it, which is great considering he’s 64 years old so something that is user-friendly and will help get his health on track

It’s a great piece of tech it tracks a multitude of things! I especially love that it know what moments I have high levels of stress and it informs me of the quality of sleep I get each night.

I love how discreet it is while still providing useful health and activity insights. The battery life has been solid, and syncing with the app has been smooth and reliable. I barely notice I’m wearing it, which is exactly what I wanted. Overall, it’s a great product for tracking health and wellness without the bulk of a watch. Definitely recommend.

This is by far one of my best purchases this year. Was looking for something to wear when I didn’t want to wear my Apple Watch, but it is slowly replacing it. The data is very accurate and comparable to data my watch captures. It looks really nice on and I receive so many compliments.

bought mostly for the sleep part of app. ring is very comfortable and looks good. getting used to wearing it at the gym. had to find a cover so not to scratch it up. app is very informative as well.

This is a nice way to stealthily track your activities / sleep without needing something large on your wrist. It doesn't emit too much light, but there is some light you can see from under the ring, but it hasn't bothered my sleeping yet like my watch did.

I replaced my apple watch with the Oura and I am extremely happy and satisfied. It’s sleek, pairs well with all outfits and the sleep tracking is extremely helpful.

Works great-great for sleep tracking. Not so great for excercise/steps but withing 10/15%. Works well with the Galaxy watch and good for those with other products in the Samsung ecosystem. Open box price-point was good for me. New too expensive as Oura has more features.

I barely noticed I had it on. Super light! And very comfortable. Sleep tracking is definitely on point. I wouldn't wear it for activity tracking or regular everyday wear because it scratches pretty easy in my opinion. But as a sleep tracking device, would definitely recommend!

It was good for a while and pretty light but scratches more easily. Had to purchase little covers that would help with scratching and would be different colors. Battery started lagging towards the end.

Love how it tracks my sleep and health without needing to ever take it off. Much more comfortable than a watch at night

I bought the Oura 4 Ring to monitor my vitals. I bought the sizer kit first as recommended. I couldn't decide whether to go with the size 12 or 13. 12.5 would have been perfect but they they don'e make half sizes. Oura recommends going with the small size if your between sizes so I bought the 12. I found out after wearing it a while that it leaves an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because it got some small scratches on the underside. My recommendation is to go with the size that is comfortable without spinning on your finger. Other than that I do like the ring. It monitors my sleep patterns and heart rate and lets you set activity goals and monitors your heart rate during workouts. The app also gives you recommendations to help you keep on track of your health goals. You do have to get the app and pay for a subscription but it's only $6/month so not bad.

I bought this in conjunction with one for myself as our daughter recommended. He was pleasantly surprised and now relies on it. We compare our sleep and other health tracking with our daughter as well and it's so precise! Our iphones also share information which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend and yet our only concern is that this finish has many fine scratches. It's likely impossible to not have scratches as we all work with our hands.

This ring is super cool super sleek probably the most comfortable rings I’ve ever worn

Ive had the oura since March of this year. It does take a couple of weeks to get all the data, but, it’s helpful, comfortable, and does everything you need it to do. You do need a paid subscription for the app which is a reasonable yearly fee. The watches are too bulky. The ring is perfect.

Love all the features so far, especially the sleep features and the fact that I don't need to charge it every day like the apple watch
