    I have sleep apnea and asthma. The Oura ring helps me keep tabs on my breathing and heart rate when I sleep. I don't like the watch style trackers, as I don't wear watches.

It has helped me to monitor my overall health, heart and exercise! I have also had the best experience with our Best Buy salesperson who also said I would be happy and he was correct!     I absolutely love this ring, the battery so far has been amazing. I just wish it was thinner. The app is great but you do have to pay for the membership which I didn’t realize until after I bought it. Otherwise it’s great
