    Great detail and the app is easy to use. The ring is very unobtrusive and stylish. What is interesting is that it sometimes interprets my activity and makes an assumption about what i was doing if i dont specify.

    The experience having this ring was great, i feel its a great upgrade from using a smart watch. The only down side for me was the variety of sizes. Size 6 was to tight & size 7 was to loose

    I think it does what it says it does. I've only had one week. I like it- I struggle wearing a ring all the time but I'm getting used to it. It's very comfortable. I switch between my forefinger and middle finger. I'm still getting used to the app. I do think the steps are overestimated.

    This is the second Oura ring purchase. I’ve been using the Oura Ring for over a year now, and I’m honestly impressed with how much insight it gives me into my sleep and recovery.
