This ring is a mixed bag. What it does well is track sleep. It is the best i have found at matching what i feel upon awakening. I have a Sleep Number bed and it will often give me a good score when i perceive i have had a terrible nights slerp. The ring is really bad at tracking workouts. DO NOT buy this for fitness tracking. Get a cheap Fitbit or even better a Garmin watch. The ring itself has very little ability to track workouts. I was using Strava to export to Oura, but even that has stopped working. I took another star because not only did my original ring fail after a few months, but my wife's is also starting to fail, often dying after just a day or two and refusing to synch. Overall, probably the best ring, but only buy if you prioritize sleep tracking.

Gives great inside into sleep and other aspects of your day

This is a great ring. My daughter has it and after it adjusts. It let her know a day before she was getting sick.

The experience having this ring was great, i feel its a great upgrade from using a smart watch. The only down side for me was the variety of sizes. Size 6 was to tight & size 7 was to loose

I overall liked the product, tracked a lot of things that I was curious about. Didn't end up keeping it because I didn't use it as often as I thought I would.

If you are looking to choose between the samsung ring or Oura ring, choose the Oura ring. The app is very detailed when it comes to your workouts, sleep, daily life. It's also comfortable and it doesn't stand out when you are wearing it.
