    I bought the Oura ring for my because she washed to track her sleep. She has had the ring for a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it. It tracks everything and monitors way more health markers than I could have imagined. I would definitely buy it again.

    I purchased the Oura - Ring 4 - Smart Ring for my wife as an adjunct tool to monitor her cardiac rhythm. She wore a Holter Monitor prescribed by her physician for 2 weeks, and I also purchased an Apple Watch Ultra for her to monitor her cardiac rhythm. The Ring 4 is the easiest to wear, charge, and monitor via its app. As her husband physician it was the simplest device to track for her. Now that she no longer needs it, I wear the ring on a different finger, and I enjoy the physiologic insights it gives me about my body.

    This is actually an amazing product it has help me to control my health much better, the way it can Improved blood‑oxygen detection help me to have a better handling of respiration anomalies or breathing during sleep this are usually things I don’t check but after using the ring it haves actually help me a lot more.
