This ring is amazing, it can track everything you are doing during the day and specially during the night when you are sleeping. It look really good on the gold color and feels good when you are wearing it!

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for ONE month now, and it has genuinely changed how I understand my health especially my sleep and recovery. Charging is quick and easy. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed. It breaks down deep sleep, like how late meals impact my recovery score which helped me make better daily decisions. The Readiness Score is particularly helpful because it guides whether I should push hard in workouts or prioritize rest. If I had to point out a downside, it’s that it’s not ideal for real-time workout tracking compared to a smartwatch. It’s more focused on recovery, sleep, and overall wellness rather than active fitness metrics. Overall, if you’re serious about improving sleep, recovery, and long-term health metrics and prefer something subtle over a wrist device the Oura Ring is absolutely worth it. Would I buy it again? Yes, without hesitation.

Traded in my prior Gen 3 Heritage model for this one and could not be more pleased! Everything I liked about my prior Oura 3 but even better especially in the areas of battery life and better fit / finish. A very useful device especially for sleep data and tracking my activities, Highly recommend!

I wanted something different for sleep tracking than wearing my smartwatch. The Oura ring is perfect. Super comfortable, Don't notice it at all, and the battery lasts 8-10 days on a charge. When I need to charge it, it only takes about an hour. The only knock on it is the subscription, but at $70 for the year, it's not terrible. Would highly recommend.

My husband loves his absolutely worth it! It keeps up with everything and after a little bit you get so use to wearing it you don’t even notice you have it on most the time.

I love how it tracks many things. I would recommend it for women who have issues with their periods. It helped to know when you're getting when you are irregular. Also, it told me days before getting sick so that was weirdly cool. I would recommend sizing up. I does get scratch easy.

Awesome insight to your personal health. Great for women while tracking their cycle, and the stress monitoring and cardiovascular health tracking is very insightful. Long battery life, I maybe charge mine every 3rd or 4th day of use. Charges fully in about 30 minutes. I work in the medical field, and I’m constantly washing my hands throughout the day with no interruption or malfunctioning in the Oura ring readings. I do recommend wearing on your non dominant hand if it’s comfortable for you to avoid scratches on the finish. I have wore my ring on both the index and middle finger depending on comfort and activities for the day, and readings are always in sync. Highly recommended and great purchase for your money if you’re interested in self health study.

Much better sleep data and overviews than fitbit. Comfortable. Battery life is good its refreshing not to wake up and realize you missed sleep data because the thing died.

I was hesitant.. but ended up getting it and don’t regret it at all !! For 1, its so comfortable comparing to my apple watch, 2- love all the info it provides for a better life and quality sleep. And for 3- I love how the gold one stands out so much, definitely an eye catcher.

I really wanted to love the Oura Ring 4, especially since I used my HSA dollars to invest in what I thought would be a top-tier health tracker. Unfortunately, after just a short time with it, I’m packaging it up and sending it right back. Here is why it missed the mark for me: 1. Disappointing Battery Life Oura claims this ring can go up to 8 days on a single charge. Mine is brand new, and I’m already having to put it on the charger after just 3 days. For a device meant to seamlessly track your sleep and daily activity without constant maintenance, charging it twice a week right out of the box is a major letdown. 2. Design and Fit Issues Because I wanted to protect the finish from scratches during daily tasks, I bought a protective cover for it. The cover fits incredibly poorly and is bulky, making the ring uncomfortable to wear. The interior of the ring features recessed sensor bumps designed for a smooth fit against the skin, but the overall exterior dimensions just don't play nice with standard protective sleeves. 3. The App Lacks Real Substance The marketing promises "deep insights" into your sleep, recovery, and stress levels. In reality, the app feels incredibly basic. It gives you surface-level scores but doesn't actually provide the granular, detailed breakdown or actionable health data I expected for a premium device with a monthly subscription fee. 4. Terrible Timing (The Next Gen Drop) To add insult to injury, right after I bought the 4th edition, they announced the 5th edition. Knowing I paid full price for a device that is already being phased out—and underperforming on top of that—made the decision easy. The Verdict The Oura Ring 4 doesn't deliver enough value to justify the price tag or the ongoing subscription fee. I am returning it and taking my HSA bucks elsewhere to look for a health tracker that actually does what it claims.

Pretty awesome and accurate health tracker. It does an amazing job at tracking your different stages of sleep, recovery, and workouts. After a month, it can also alert you of any spikes in stress, fatigue, etc.

The Oura ring has been great so far. The battery life is impressive-it last several days, so no need to charge it every night. It gives details about your sleep including the different stages. It also tracks your stress and overall health providing education on improving your health based on your scores. The only downside is that I think I bought a size too big, even though I tried the sizing kit beforehand. Other than that, it is super easy and convenient to use.

Very easy to set up. I had to get size 9 since size 10 was a bit larger than expected, even though I had tried the ring before. Returning it and the exchange was easy at Best Buy. The one and perhaps only advantage that has over my Apple Watch is that it tracks your sleep and the battery last for at least 5 days

This ring is great. I got it for additional fitness tracking in addition to my Fitbit. It has similar tracking item like step and sleep, but provides mor in depth data. It's comfortable and stylish as well.

I love my ring I actually use it more than I have used any other smart device to track my body. I recommend a Oura ring over a Apple Watch anyday
