I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and it is comfortable to sleep with and I absolutely love it!

I love my ring so much. It has really helped me with my sleep schedule & the amount of exercise/steps I do throughout the day. I genuinely recommend it to anyone who is looking to take control of their health & recovery. I’ve gained so much insight on my sleep quality, daily readiness, workouts, & even my menstrual cycle. It’s very lightweight & cute. I got the gold one & it can scratch during certain activities so i would just be careful but other than that, definitely recommend!

The fit is good, and the battery life is great! It is a little bulky and takes some getting used to, but I like the insights that it gives. I don't like that I have to subscribe to the service in order to use it when some of the newer rings on the market are free to use.

After two months, I’m pretty happy with it. As time goes by and more and more data is collected, Oura’s app just explodes with data. From sleep, to stress, cycle changes, its really endless. The charge lasts for over a week. I wear it on my non dominant hand to minimize scrathes. I choose not to wear it in water or while doing any heavy outdoor chores. I think its very valuable information if you’re looking for it.

If you don't have a smart watch to keep track of your activity, this is the ring for you. It helps with tracking activity, sleep, heart rate, stress. There are numerous more options that are available, but these are primarily what I use it for. The battery will last for days on a charge before it needs to be charged and it charges very fast. Overall, it is a very nice ring and is very durable. I did get a cover to put over mine to keep it from getting scratched up on anything.

I was hesitant to buy, due to price and monthly subscription fee. I’m happy I made the decision to purchase. The ring is very comfortable, and I received a $10 coupon when buying the $10 sizing kit, essentially making the sizing kit free! I am not only able to track my sleep but my activity throughout the day and my periods, which I love. It also lets me know when I’m ovulating or when my body temperature may be higher than normal. Also lets me know when something is straining my body or when I’m overly stressed! Cannot rave about this ring enough. Do it!! You won’t regret it!!

I switched from an Apple Watch to the Oura ring because the battery on mine had started dying. It is so much easier. I loved the screen on the watch but this keeps me less distracted. It's much lighter than I expected and I hardly notice it's on. I put it on the charger while I shower and it lasts a week. It tracks everything I want it to and the app is super user friendly. I highly recommend, I just wish the other colors weren't literally $150 more. Seems very silly.

So far, I’m enjoying the Oura Ring. I was more hyped before getting it than I am now after using it for a few weeks, but it’s still a great tool. I’m giving it time to fully get to know my body and align all the data—it’s clear that the insights get better the longer you use it. At this stage, I’d say it’s a nice-to-have, not a necessity. If you're into weightlifting, the ring definitely takes some getting used to. It’s not perfectly optimized for that kind of movement yet, but I’m curious to see how it adapts over time. Pro tip: get a cover for it as soon as possible! It'll protect the ring from scratches and help it stay in great shape.

Love my oura ring! The battery lasts so long but after a year or so it does need to be charged more often. Love how it tracks my sleep amongst other things always look forward to checking it in the morning.

One of the best things I have invested in for myself. Tracking my sleep has helped me stay on track. The ring seems very accurate and stays charged for a week. To charge from 10% to 100% battery it takes roughly 45 mins to one hour.

This ring has been perfect! I use it for everything and it is all very accurate. Battery life lasts me over a week! Charging is also very fast! I would highly recommend!!
