I absolutely love my Oura Ring Gen 4, it’s hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve made for my health and wellness. I originally got it to track my sleep more accurately, and it has completely delivered on that promise (and then some). The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed—far beyond what I’ve seen in other devices. I get real-time insights into my sleep stages, restfulness, heart rate variability, body temperature, and even readiness scores that help me understand how well I recovered overnight. It’s amazing to wake up, check the app, and have a clear picture of how I slept, not just how long I was in bed. Beyond sleep, the Oura Ring also tracks activity, recovery, stress signals, and daily movement, all in a way that feels personalized and intuitive. And because it’s a ring, it’s lightweight, discreet, and comfortable—I forget I’m even wearing it. The battery life is great too; I typically get several days on a single charge. If you’re someone who values sleep quality, daily readiness, or just loves seeing detailed health metrics without wearing a bulky watch, I highly recommend the Oura Ring 4. I debated long and hard on getting one of these including several weeks of trying the sizing rings on various fingers (definitely a good idea). I finally made the purchase during the July Best Buy anti-Prime Day sale. It was a great choice. I have been wearing various smartwatches from Samsung, Garmin and now a Pixel watch 3 which are handy but not great for wearing while sleeping or during things like Yoga. The Oura ring is perfect for all of that and more. I stopped noticing it almost immediately but appreciate how much info I can glean from the app from sleep info to activity tracking. It's more than enough for my needs and catches more since I wear it pretty much constantly. I still wear the watch but use it primarily as an adjunct to my phone with the ring handling the majority of the vitals tracking. My only suggestion is to invest in some of the silicon ring covers you can find on Amazon just in case you are doing something (e.g. home renovations) where you might damage the finish.

My wife has had the ring for a few weeks but, so far, she loves the features it provides and loves the updated app. She has the gold ring and has received many compliments on the look.

As a nurse with POTS I find my oura ring to be something I can’t live without. It helps me interpret what’s going on with my body as i’m not the best at listening to when I should go or when I should rest. I will say it does scratch very easily but that doesn’t bother me. I love my oura ring!

Loved it! Worked great. Loved waking up and being able to check out my readiness score and keeping track of my stress levels so I knew when you slow down and relax more.

I love this ring. I have had Apple Watches for years but got tired of not being able to wear different watches while still tracking health metrics. This is a great alternative that is stylish, accurate and the battery lasts a long time. I also like that I don't have to have another screen on my wrist and always getting notifications on another device.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 and love how low-key but powerful it is. It gives me super detailed sleep and recovery data without needing to wear a bulky watch. Battery life is great, and I barely feel it on. Only downside is the monthly subscription—but honestly, the insights are worth it.

absolutely love my oura ring! it’s helped me understand my sleep patterns and how to improve it. another feature i love is the stress monitor, i’m able to detect what stresses me the most in my day and learn how i can control it during those moments. although there is a subscription it truly has helped me improve the quality of life and that’s something worth paying for!

Love it so far, the data is great although the sizing is tough ! I have small fingers at the base compared to the knuckle. With the sizer a 6 seemed like it would be great but the actual is a little too loose to the point I’m nervous about it slipping off, especially now in winter but its comfortable to wear at night. The 5 sizer made me nervous wearing at night with it being a little too tight. Still thinking I’ll have to return and get the smaller size. The actual ring material is a bit slippier on your finger than the plastic sizer so that’s something to keep in mind. Even the Oura faq says it should come off with soap and water, like it should be that sung.

I bought it as a gift for my wonderful girlfriend, and ever since she got it, she has not gone on a day without wearing it, she loves it. It counts her steps and how active she’s been. She loves being able to track how she sleeps. And when it tells her that she has had spikes in her stress levels. That reminds her to take a breath and take a step back. The ring size was perfect, she loves everything about the product. I was sitting right next to her when she was setting it up and she got it done within 15 minutes. I think it’s helped her with a lot of the things that she’s wondered about for so long It’s really reliable battery wise She hasn’t had an issue with the software or app Overall, I think it’s a wonderful product and so does she I would give it a 10 out of 10

Love this ring , my husband used it as his wedding ring . You wouldn’t be able to tell it’s a smart ring ! My husband has sleep apnea and uses it to track his sleep and it works amazingly. Highly recommend

Battery life is great! Oura customer service has been super easy to work with and assists with any issues. Tracking sleep, exercise, and stress has helped tremendously!

Love the battery life and the tracking! Hate the ring is made of plastic! That is really a bummer! I would pay more for a metal ring even stainless steel, or real silver! Would have given this 2 star but I really love the tech!

The main purpose for this purchase was to monitor my sleep. This ring does a very good job of monitoring various aspects of my health - in addition to sleep, activity, readiness for the day, stress level, heart rate, etc. I prefer it to a clunky watch. It's comfortable and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I am so happy I purchase the Oura ring gen 4. It does tell your to get sick, it monitor your sleep well. Your heart rate. I am still learning as well how to understand and navigate the Oura ring.
