I absolutely love my Oura Ring! It’s lightweight, comfortable, and gives me incredible insights into my sleep, recovery, stress, and overall health. The data is easy to understand and has helped me make better decisions about my daily routine. The battery life is excellent, and I hardly notice I’m wearing it. Very accurate measurement of daytime stress. The battery lasts pretty well. It gives a lot of information and options for how to improve sleep etc The only downside is how easily the silver version scratches. It is not a big deal for me but something to be aware of.

Love this ring! I was a little skeptical as I was coming from a Apple Watch to a ring! However, I was not disappointed!! The try-ons are stiff and not comfortable. However, the ring is so soft, comfortable, and easy to wear. Love all the detailed readings as well. Highly recommended!

I’ve had the Oura Ring for about 2 months, and I love it! It’s a lightweight, comfortable wearable that provides impressive insights into sleep, recovery, and overall wellness—especially helpful if you’re a PCOS girly like me. The only downside is that if you lose it, there’s no ringer or tracking feature to help you find its exact location. But aside from that, I’m really happy with my Oura Ring and would definitely recommend it!

I like tge features that can measure your calories, oxygen, pulses, and steps besides measuring your sleep pattern

I bought the Oura Ring for my wife. She originally wanted it to help track her menstrual cycle, but she’s ended up loving all of the health insights it provides. It also tracks her daily steps, sleep, and overall wellness, which has been really helpful since she walks every day. The biggest advantage is that she didn’t want to wear a smartwatch, so the Oura Ring gives her all the benefits of health tracking in a much more comfortable and discreet form. If you’re looking for a powerful health tracker without having to wear a watch, I highly recommend it.

I’d give it 5 stars, but the one I bought ended up having battery issues after about 4 months. They replaced it for free since it was in the warranty period, but it was still a hassle and not ideal. Looks nice. Feels nice. The data is amazing. They’re constantly working on new software.

Nice looking ring! my fiancé loved it, however, the tracking system that comes with the ring never seemed to work as it was misplaced a couple times at home, yet the tracking within the app wasn’t useful. Luckily, we located it ourselves. For a ring that cost $500, it should have a working tracking system. It also scratches easily so the shine will fade with multiple scratches.

The Oura ring provides a great deal of information that has helped me make changes everyday to improve my health. It tells me the amount of sleep I'm getting and the amount of activity which are huge. Among many other biometric markers. I would highly recommend getting one.

I love this ring! This is a great, low profile alternative to my Apple Watch - I was interested in moving away from the workout-focused watch metrics and into something more holistically body-focused, and this ring is perfect for that.

I love my Oura ring, it is more fashionable than a smart watch and super comfortable. My only complaint is that it does scratch easily. I would recommend to purchase the sizing kit before buying the ring and wearing for an entire day to make sure the sizing is correct.

The sleep tracking has helped me in finding the best time for bed, allows me to look at different factors that may affect my sleep. I have an Apple Watch as well but I’m more of a jewelry person so I just put it on and forget about it whereas with my watch I am always moving it around and taking it off after I’m done working so I don’t get much information. With the ring I am able to track my whole day.

The Oura ring 4 has decent tracking capabilities for the average person. I find that it doesn't track sleep accurately if you work nights. I wish it had some sort of finder as I always seem to misplace it. Overall decent product.
