Absolutely love it!!! It’s got me moving more and my blood sugar levels are way below what they were before. I’ve noticed I’m trying to make the burned calories goal everyday I haven’t lost any weight yet but i also have congestive heart failure so i have to be careful.

Getting used to the ring after having it for about a month - I love having more insight into my sleep, activity, and stress. Going to be using it to track my cycle too. So far the battery life has been great, lasting about a week. I love it!

Very useful for tracking sleeping patterns and menstrual cycle ! Not that great for tracking workouts so I pair it up with my Apple Watch. It has also helped me manage my stress and heart rate better . The downside is that it scratches very easily

It provides important health data so that you understand what areas need attention. This was eye opening to me as far as the quality of my sleep, my heart rate variability and my oxygen saturation. I purchased one for my husband after trying it because I love it so much. Also, it looks nice which I can't say so much about other health tracking devices.

I absolutely love the sleep tracking and daily vitals breakdown. I am in between a 10 and a 9 as far as size so I wish there were half sizes. I also wish the battery life lasted longer but I understand the mechanics behind why it dies so quickly. Overall I recommend it and I look forward to future menstrual cycle insights.

I love the Oura ring. I have used fitness trackers for years. From Fitbits to Apple Watches to Samsung watches. This is by far the most accurate, easiest to wear and has the longest lasting battery. works amazing, i love the app its super easy to use and the ring feels like nothing! just be aware it scratches easily so its not good for lifting or climbing (i use it for both and its starting to look rough). its sleek and pretty lokey, so its good if you want something to track you at a more dressy place.
